A model and actress has stirred up quite the controversy for appearing as a naked First Lady Melania Trump in a new music video teaser with rapper T.I.
Canadian-born Melanie Marden portrays the FLOTUS in the one-minute promotional video that shows the Melania look-alike wearing black stilettos in her notorious jacket emblazoned with 'I really don't care, do u?' before stripping down to nothing in front of the rapper sitting in the Oval Office.
The video has been slammed by Melania's spokeswoman who called the performance 'disgusting' and for T.I. to be boycotted. The actress revealed she's also received hate from online users after posting the clip.
Now Marden, an award winning actress and producer who's appeared on the cover of Italian Maxim, is clapping back at the 'haters', taking to Instagram to defend her 'creative choice' that she says was 'an opportunity to empower women.'

The Canadian-born model took to Instagram to defend her 'creative choices' after the First Lady's spokeswoman called the performance 'disgusting'
'Wow, I don't usually post about haters but I need to, wow!!!' Marden wrote on Instagram to her 13,500 followers Monday. 'This weekend I experienced this with my latest post of TI's new teaser of his music video - where I was hired (as an actress) not a stripper to portray Melania Trump.
'It was a creative choice for me, and also an opportunity to empower women. I stand firmly in my decision to share all of myself in this role,' she wrote.
Marden goes on to refer to herself as '#nakedMelania' and likened her role to Alec Baldwin's portrayal of Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live.
The video shows Atlanta rapper T.I. sitting in the presidential chair and lighting a cigar in the Oval Office while Marden, as the the First Lady, struts in and performs a racy striptease.
'I wanted to be brave, be fearless and for the first time in my life do a role that required nudity. The body is nothing to be ashamed of,' she said. 'In this time where women are finally speaking up about being victimized I felt good about being a strong enough woman to portray a nude First Lady.'
T.I. posted the video on his Twitter account Friday with the remark 'Dear 45, I ain't Kanye.'
This is a reference to Kanye West's visit to the Oval Office last week which angered many left-leaning celebrities.
The clip is as a teaser for his new album 'Dime Trap'.

Marden was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and began modeling as a teen after she 'caught the eye of a talent scout', according to her website.
Her father is of black Irish and Scottish decent and her mother, British.
At 21-years-old, she opened her first day spa and then founded a beauty and wellness concierge company called HMMSpa.
In 2014, she was featured on Bravo's reality dating show Friends to Lovers where the divorced actress looked to find love with an old friend Greg Plitt.
Now she works as an actress, model and producer.
She began her producing career after losing her mother to brain cancer and honored her with a tribute film titled Timeless. The 2011 film screened at Cannes International Film Festival.
Marden graced the cover of Italy's Maxim Magazine, which included a six-page spread of her film career.
She's also starred in films including Mutant X and Pigs and was awarded Best Performance at a film festival after appearing in several Indie movies.

The First Lady's spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham called on the public to boycott the Atlanta rapper's video in a tweet which the First Lady retweeted on Saturday.
Ms Grishap tweeted: 'How is this acceptable? #disgusting #boycott' on Saturday.
People have taken to social media out against T.I.'s new video.
'Just lost a fan T.I. How about I shoot a video like that with Tiny? I've overlooked a lot of your behavior but this is just too disrespectful to be ignored. You are despicable,' one man said on Twitter.
Another woman said: 'No words can describe... Seriously I can't believe my eyes right now.'
She added: 'We are not just talking about a lady, she is the FIRST LADY of the US... the equivalent of the Queen of Spain or the UK.'
To that, Maren says: 'I send love to all the people who called me names and made accusations or delivered hurtful insults.'
