A SEX tape allegedly showing Mel B's estranged husband Stephen Belafonte getting down and dirty with another woman will be used as part of their bitter divorce proceedings.
Ex-Spice Girl Mel is alleged to have recorded the explosive home video herself.
Documents obtained by The Sun show the lewd tape is marked as exhibit 174 of around 2,100 items due to be considered during the divorce hearing.
Its description reads: "Video clip, date currently unknown (Petitioner filming sex between Respondent and female)."
Belafonte is marked down as the 'Respondent' during the divorce battle, while Mel is marked as the 'Petitioner'.
The identity of the second woman has not been revealed but the pair have admitted taking part in threesomes with other women before.
The shock court papers filed by Mel go on to claim that Belafonte asked Mel to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women".
They add claims that she was pushed into more group sex sessions with threats that private tapes would be released into the public.
She claims to have begged for the tapes to be binned.
Aussie stripper Siara Diande will be called to give evidence about the "circumstances surrounding the sexual interaction between Petitioner, Respondent and herself, in or about early November 2010."
On Wednesday, The Sun revealed how Belafonte is bidding to get his upcoming domestic violence trial heard in public.
Estranged wife Mel wants proceedings heard behind closed doors after the pair's bitter split.
But Belafonte wants the trial held publicly - raising the prospect that more allegations about Mel B's private life, including drug-taking and threesomes, could be made public.

Mel was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex after accusing him of physically and emotionally abusing her - and a trial, which she wants to ban the press from, is set to decide whether to make the order permanent.
Lawyers for Stephen now claim she is using her celebrity to try and keep the trial secret because she doesn’t want people to know that she “lied and misrepresented facts to the court”.
That came just days after separate court papers revealed that the star was hooked on cocaine and booze.
Mel, 42, says she wants the trial secret because it would subject the children to damaging information - but the Stephen's lawyers claim that after all the allegations she has made in previous court papers “that ship already sailed”.
Stephen, who denies all allegations of abuse, is seeking joint custody of his daughter Madison, six, and stepdaughter Angel, ten.
Mel was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex on April 3 after alleging that she was “in fear” for her life after he beat her up.
She claimed she was forced to pull out of The X Factor finale in 2014 because Belafonte had beaten her so badly.
The bitter divorce battle has also been complicated by a lawsuit from former nanny Lorraine Gilles, who is suing Mel over her claims she was a "homewrecker" who had an affair with Stephen.

The Spice Girl has been revealing what went on behind closed doors in her marriage with Stephen Belafonte
Mel B has claimed that her former husband filmed 64 videos of the couple having threesomes and threatened to release them.
She said she and ex Stephen Belafonte would regularly have threesomes with other women, but he would often film her - unaware - in the act, and drugged and drunk afterwards.
The Spice Girl, 43, said in her new autobiography, Brutally Honest: "The threesome was my idea, but of course my then husband was well up for it — as long as there were no other men involved. It had to be women, which suited me fine because I love women. I’ve always found women’s bodies so much more beautiful than men’s bodies.
"I have no issues with my sexuality. I’ve been in relationships with men and women. I don’t think it’s shameful to like sex, I don’t think it’s shameful to experiment — as long as it is all consensual — and I believe women can enjoy and initiate sex just as much (if not a whole lot more) than men."
She explained that they would both go to nightclubs and pick out women to join them back at home, where they would have threesomes on the top floor "several levels above the children, who would be asleep".
But by November 2017, as part of a mediation settlement during their divorce case, Mel agreed to drop domestic violence charges in order for all the 64 sex tapes he had made during their marriage not to be shown in open court.
Mel adds that it was a legal requirement for her to watch all of the 64 videos, which led her to be "traumatised. It is an understatement". She explains that she suffered flashbacks: "Me waking up in pools of piss, vomit, s**t and blood, being mortified, dragging myself up and rolling up my white sheets. Stuffing them soiled and filthy into bin bags, showering over and over again.
"I wasn’t crying, because I was in a place beyond tears, but I was making strange, uncontrollable animal whimpers."
Elsewhere in the book, she said she had a suicide attempt just days before The X Factor's 2014 final - and that she was addicted to cocaine at the time.
She said she would begin each morning by waking up and taking a line of coke, which would fuel her into going in to her day job at Simon Cowell's reality show in 2014.
“I was a sad, pathetic person. I was out of control," she wrote.
Her shattered mental state even led her to a suicide attempt, as she took 200 aspirin pills in a her rented house in Knightsbridge, just two days before the final of the show.
She then realised that she wanted to live, so threw her body at the door frame of a jammed door to try and escape and get to hospital - which is why she claims she was covered in bruises when she finally made it to the final of the ITV show.
"Behind the glitter of fame, I felt emotionally battered, estranged from my family. I felt ugly and detested by the very man who once promised to love and protect me, my husband and my manager, Stephen."

Mel B left her fans baffled as she stripped off to shower naked with her dog ahead of her theater show this week.
The 44-year-old made sure both she and her pup Cookie were sparkling clean as she got ready with her mom.
Holding the dog in her arms, she told fans: "Showering cookie for my show tonight #brutallyhonest yippeee @leedsgrandtheatre #clean #dogs #show #ready.”
Mel B shocked fans when she posted a video nude from the shower. She wasn't alone — the Spice Girl brought her dog along to suds up with her.

Not quite sure what to make of it, one fan wrote: “Who has showers with their dog?”
While another added: “Wtf showering with dog ???” and someone else remarked: “Who has showers with their dog?”
Other fans were more concerned that there were just 15 meet and greet tickets up for grabs for tonight’s show.
Earlier this week The Sun revealed that Scary Spice is set to miss out on $70,000 in unsold tickets from her Brutally Honest Evening with Mel B events.
While she sold out 13 stadiums with the Spice Girls over the summer, Scary has been struggling to get bums on seats for the live Q&A sessions in Leeds and London, which are inspired by her "Brutally Honest" autobiography, released last year.
For her show tonight, Mel still has 651 seats to fill at the 1,550-capacity Leeds Grand Theatre, where tickets cost between $25 and $122.
And while she has managed to get rid of more than half the seats, the empty ones mean she’s set to lose out on $34,000 in profit.
But it’s even worse in London , where she plays the Savoy Theatre on Sept. 1.
Mel has sold just under half of the venue’s 1,158 seats — and because London is pricier than up north, with tickets going for between $37 and $153, she is set to miss out on $43,000 if she can’t get the tickets sold.
