She's gearing up to host an intimate evening of conversation with her fans, where she'll no doubt be grilled by the audience. 
Yet Mel B showed no signs of trepidation as she stripped off for a sizzling Instagram snap on Monday. 
Clad in a scanty blue bikini, the 44-year-old singer seemed in high spirits as she danced around the cameras.

Mel showcased her enviably toned physique in the blue bikini, putting her six pack and lean legs on full display. 
The mother-of-three ran her hands over her hair as she revealed she's growing out her afro and embracing her natural hair.

Mel recently revealed that she finally feels 'completely comfortable' with herself after years of self-doubt and an array of high-profile scandals.  
Speaking to The Mail On Sunday about finding herself in later life, she explained: ‘For a long time I didn’t know who I really was. I’ve always been known as loud, wild, big-mouth Scary Spice and that is part of me, but it’s not all of me.
'All I know is I’ve never felt more relaxed, more myself and happier since I’ve been here. I feel entirely comfortable in my own skin.'
Mel also revealed that she's looking forward to seeing what will be the next stage in her career. 
She reasoned: ' You are on your own and you think: "Right, who am I? What do I want to do? Where do I want to live?" And it can be scary but it’s also exciting. 
'There’s so much I want to do! Definitely television, but nothing is confirmed yet. 
'And we would all like to get together in a studio and make some more music – that would be good. I’d also like to do my own stuff. I love artists like Stormzy, so maybe he would be up for a collaboration.’

The Spice Girl has been enjoying some R&R with friend Gary Madatyan in Desert Hot Springs
Mel B was snapped posing topless as she lapped up the sunshine on her last day of holiday.
The America's Got Talent judge appeared to be in her element as she enjoyed what she said was only her second holiday in 10 years.
The Spice Girl has been staying at a beautiful 5 star resort in Desert Hot Springs, California, with best pal Gary Madatyan.
In pictures taken on her final day before travelling back to Los Angeles to see her kids, the star made sure she was going home with zero tan lines.
Mel, 42, was flaunting her bare cleavage as she relaxed on a sun lounger next to her friend, who stayed in the shade.
Other shots show hairdresser Gary making sure her back was lathered in sunscreen as she laid on her front.
The close pair were seen chatting together and sharing a laugh as make-up free Mel sipped on water and topped up her tan.
And before they headed back into their luxury accomodation, Gary - the ever doting pal - helped the mum put her clobber back on as she covered up her enviably toned frame underneath a colourful kaftan.
It's been a roller coaster year so far for Mel, who is currently embroiled in a bitter custody dispute with ex Stephen Belafonte.
It was also recently revealed Scary Spice is planning to an autobiography titled Brutally Honest - but she could face a legal battle in the UK with Stephen over the book.
Furious Stephen is said to have told his legal team to be ready to deal with the Yorkshire-born Spice Girl “making up lies”.
Mel decided to write the book to recoup some of her £6.5million payout to Stephen last December to settle their divorce battle.
But friends of the US movie ­producer, 42, say he is confident of winning libel actions in Britain, where the book is expected to be a big seller.
He has always denied accusations of being a wife beater and in their Los Angeles divorce papers alleged Mel was a cocaine and booze addict.
A pal said: “While thousands of court ­papers were published detailing Stephen and Mel’s claims, they were all in the US.
“Now if she makes the ­allegations in the UK, Stephen wants lawyers to assess whether she is libelling him, as British laws are so much tighter.”
Mel’s publisher Hardie Grant says the book, due out this autumn, will delve into her relationships with “domineering, controlling men”.
Mum-of-three Mel added: “After a very public court case I want to set the record straight.” The couple are still fighting over child custody.

FORMER Spice Girl Mel B left very little to the imagination thanks to a daring outfit choice and lack of underwear on a date night with husband Stephen Belafonte.
The couple were attending the Maxim Hot 100 Party in Los Angeles.
Mum-of-three Mel, 41, opted for a red ensemble with a thigh-high leg split.
She accentuated her toned pins in a pair of tanned-colour strappy sandals.
One snap suggested that Hollywood producer and director Stephen, also 41, had spotted his other wife’s fashion faux pas as he points a finger directly at her exposed flesh.
Rather than seem embarrassed or attempt to spare Mel’s blushes by rushing to cover it up, his expression suggested that he was suitably impressed.
It was confirmed earlier this month that Mel along with two of her old bandmates are set to reform as part of the chart-topping girl group’s 20th anniversary celebrations.
Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Mel will perform under the name GEM.

Spice Girl Melanie Brown stunned the internet this week with a jaw-dropping bikini shot.
In the snap, the 43-year-old is rocking some seriously tiny swimmers in her signature leopard print and matching strappy heels.
The racy snap caused fans to go into a meltdown, with many commenting on how “amazing” she looks.
Some fans even labelled the shot “sexy”, as others asked how she got those “killer abs”.
But while our fiery Spice Girl looks incredible, and seemingly feels it too judging from her pose and pout, she hasn’t always been as comfortable in her own skin.
Mel’s struggles with her body have been brutal, a familiar yoyo that so many can relate to.
Having always been kept fit and healthy from her gruelling dance routines, like a lot of women, she found pregnancy changed her body.
After having daughter Phoenix, 20, Mel B said she “bounced back” and the same happened when she welcomed Angel, 12, despite gaining almost 23kgs during that pregnancy.
However with youngest daughter Madison, things were different.
The singer — then 36 — revealed she gained almost 30kgs.
Despite appearing to revel in her pregnancy body, even telling British magazine OK! she was “eating for England and loving it” — her mindset seemed to shift once she’d given birth.
“It’s not like 13 years ago when I could pop a baby out and just snap back into shape,” she told The Mirror back in 2012.
It was at this time she turned to a diet plan for help, becoming the face of global weight loss brand Jenny Craig in Australia and New Zealand.
At a breakfast launch in Sydney, Mel B told an audience: “I was eating literally eating morning, noon and night, and it didn’t matter what time. I was just eating. I was a house.”
However despite allowing herself to give into her cravings, she hated being described as “bootylicious” and “curvylicious”.
“I knew I had to do something. I had to get the eating under control,” she said.
Her collaboration with Jenny Craig proved successful. According to the brand’s website, Mel dropped 28kgs and was delighted.
There was also the fact she was a self-confessed fitness fan who loved working out.
It seemed like a straightforward weight loss journey, until in 2018 — in her explosive tell all book Brutally Honest , that Mel revealed music execs had put pressure on her and her four fellow band members to lose weight.
Though she didn’t identify who, she revealed that at the height of their success, several members in the band had “eating disorders”.
So as Mel prepares to hit the stage as part of the Spice Girls reunion (minus Victoria Beckham) fans may well marvel at her striking physique.
But to the ones asking for her “secret”, the reality — in Mel’s own words — is brutally tough.
