Megan Thee Stallion Announces New Album and World Tour During Surprise BET Awards Appearance

Houston, TX – June 30, 2024 – In a show-stopping moment at the 2024 BET Awards, Megan Thee Stallion shocked fans by not only performing her latest hit but also announcing her highly anticipated third studio album, Venom, set to drop September 13.

The three-time Grammy winner electrified the audience with a medley of her biggest tracks before revealing the album’s title and release date on the big screen. The crowd erupted as she confirmed a 25-city Venom World Tour, kicking off in November.

'Y’all thought I was just performing tonight? Nah, I came to feed the Hotties!' Megan declared, referencing her devoted fanbase. 'This album is my most personal yet, and I can’t wait for y’all to hear it.'

Industry insiders speculate Venom will showcase Megan’s signature fiery bars alongside deeper introspection, following her recent legal victories and public personal struggles. The lead single, Sting, is expected to drop July 12.

Tickets for the Venom World Tour go on sale July 15, with presales for fan club members starting July 10.
