Megan Fox was looking seriously toned when showing off her strong legs at the Billboard Music Awards with fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly.
The couple left people with a lot of questions after MGK called Megan his "wife" and dedicated a song to their "unborn child." Is a baby on the way?!
Megan, 36, follows a very strict diet that includes mostly organic food and no alcohol.
Megan Fox looked absolutely stunning at last night's Billboard Music Awards. The Jennifer's Body star, 36, wore a custom David Koma gown that featured a thigh-high slit, showing off her toned and strong legs. The gown also included built-in gloves and intricate rhinestone flowers at the shoulders. And Megan finished the look by debuting her brand new bangs.
Her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, looked equally dapper in a metal spike-accented Dolce & Gabbana suit. He took the stage during the show to perform his song "Twin Flame," and actually called Megan his wife, stating that he “wrote this song for my wife.” Midway through his performance, he stopped and dedicate the song to “my unborn child,” according to Entertainment Tonight . GASP! We'll have to wait and see if the two actually tied the knot (and if Megan is expecting!).
When she's not getting glam for the red carpet, Megan works up a sweat with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak . Megan told E! News back in 2014, "I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training."
Pasternak previously told People that he has her do Five-Factor workouts : A minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower-body sculpting exercise, an upper-body toning exercise, then a core-sculpting exercise, and a five-minute cool down. To get her legs so strong and toned, Pasternak encourages getting in lots of steps. "The focus really is on steps, making sure you get at least 12,000 steps a day through walking, moving your body," he shared with Insider .
Megan eats super healthy, according to Machine Gun Kelly. He told Entertainment Today that if they're ordering late-night food, “she’s probably ordering sushi." He continued: "She eats super healthy. Everything is gluten free and organic on her menu."
Megan also likes to make a protein smoothie to help fuel herself. "Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder, and a little bit of almond milk," Pasternak told People .
She also shared via Instagram that she likes to "oscillate between eating keto and paleo." And she hasn't had alcohol in over a decade. “I’m always completely sober,” she told Glamour . “I don’t even drink a glass of wine. I don’t ever smoke. I don’t drink coffee. I’m super strict with my diet and I never deviate.”
She wrote in the post that, "When I’m eating paleo I need snacks that I can bring with me to work or while traveling. Most protein bars contain inflammatory ingredients and so I usually avoid them."

Megan Fox has built up a rep for bringing it on the red carpet, and she definitely didn’t mess around at Sunday night’s MTV VMAs: The 35-year-old actress worked what’s been dubbed a “naked dress.”
Megan shared photos of her look alongside boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, writing, “Daddy’s gonna win a VMA,” in the caption. The Thierry Mugler dress she wore was beaded and see-through, and showed off the blinged-out tiny thong she wore underneath. Megan’s abs, legs, arms— everything —were on display, and she looked so fit.
People naturally lost it in the comments of her post. “This is… the hottest picture I’ve ever seen,” one wrote. “Your outfit should win a VMA 😍😍😍,” another said. “U LOOK AMAZING OMG,” someone else chimed in.
Worth noting: Megan also wore a revealing Mugler dress to the Billboard Music Awards in May and, yep, she looked incredibly fit then, too.
Is it hot in here? Whew! OK, so…Megan clearly looks amazing, but the Transformers alum—and mom of three!—works hard for that body.
For starters, she eats really well. “I cut out all sort of breads and those sort of carbohydrates,” she previously told E!. “No crackers, no pretzels, no chips, anything unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee once a day.” Megan also said that she doesn’t have “splurge foods.”
“I either do something or I don't do it at all, and I'm doing this right now, so I have no cheat days,” she said.

You know, I love it. I love the dress, the fact that her HANDS AND ARMS are covered while her feet and toes are exposed, and the hairstyle suits her. But it's kind of throwing me off that she's wearing white toe polish with a black dress. I never understood that contrast. Otherwise everything else is great.

In MOST cases, I find contrast more interesting than "matching"... But the most important (to me) is contrast to skin tones, not clothing

Yep few years back when she started getting nose surgery and plastic surgery etc I just stopped finding her attractive but she is already in the downward chain reaction its sad. Sometimes people can't accept the ephemeral nature of youth and try to fight it in all wrong ways to make it worse, she was once termed sexiest woman in the world such flattery is not permanent.

Yeah, the difference between this Beauty in the 2005 - 2008 timeframe through the 2022 present day definitely mind blowing.
