The story , as told by the New York Post:
A single mom has been more naughty than nice this year — but all in the spirit of Christmas.
Megan Clara spent the last year starring in porn movies so she could afford everything on her 5-year-old son Ashton’s Christmas list. The 20-year-old UK resident says she was devastated last holiday season when Ashton complained he didn’t have the same expensive presents as his friends. Making nearly $120 a week, she was only able to buy an Etch A Sketch, cuddly toys and new clothes
“Last Christmas I could barely scrape any money together, it was really tough and I couldn’t help but worry Ashton was going to be left out and disappointed” the mom from Portsmouth, England, told Caters News Agency.
After seeing an old friend “stripping off,” Clara got in touch with her friend’s photographer. The rest, she says, is history.
“My job’s amazing, I love being in front of the camera,” she said. “My idol is Katie Price, I thought if she can make money by glamor modeling it was worth me giving it a go too – I’m in awe of her.”
The young mom now gets paid $743 per scene and has spent almost $2,200 on her son this Christmas.
“Ashton has wanted a bike for over three years and I’ve finally been able to make his dream come true. It’s an amazing feeling. The only downside is that he now bribes me into buying him toys for being well-behaved,” she said.
The adult film star already received backlash about her chosen profession, but says that “some people are just jealous.”
“I know not everyone agrees with the adult film industry but I’m a great mum, why should it matter what my occupation is,” she said. “I love the excitement and get a rush. Plus it pays well too.”…“This year has been a complete roller coaster and a whirlwind, there’s been ups and downs but now I’ve learned to ignore what other people think.

A mother who was determined to give her five-year-old son the 'best Christmas ever' became a £500-a-time porn star so she could pay for his huge pile of presents.
Megan Clara's son Ashton complained last year that he did not receive the same expensive presents as his friends.
The 20-year-old single mother, who at the time lived on £80 a week, had bought him an Etch A Sketch, cuddly toys and new clothes, but he was disappointed.

So Megan vowed to make this year's Christmas 'one to remember' and decided to start making adult films so she could buy lavish gifts.
She has now spent £1,500 on her son, compared to the £100 spent last Christmas.
Megan, from Portsmouth, said: 'Ashton has wanted a bike for over three years and I've finally been able to make his dream come true. It's an amazing feeling.
'People say he's spoilt but he's not, he's my only son and I finally have the money to get him really nice things.
'Ashton's not just my son, he's my best friend and I would do anything to provide for him.'
After giving birth at the age of 14, Megan said she tried her hardest to provide for her little boy.
When she could she returned back to school to continue her education and has been determined ever since to get off benefits. But she said it had been 'tough' not being able to buy him presents before.
'My son has always been high maintenance and never seemed happy with the Christmas presents I could afford,' she said.

'Ashton knows we have more money as I'm able to dress us both in expensive clothes and treat us to more days out,' she said.
'I know not everyone agrees with the adult film industry but I'm a great mum, why should it matter what my occupation is. I love the excitement and get a rush - plus it pays well too.'
Megan has already received a backlash from her chosen carer path and has made a video explaining her decisions which has now been viewed over 20,000 times.
She said: 'I do glamour modelling and sex films, I enjoy what I do and I'm not hurting anyone else, some people are just jealous.
'I can spend my money how I like too, I don't spend it on alcohol, drugs or smoking, why shouldn't I spend it on Ashton and myself.
'I'm fed up of people driving past shouting abuse, and the mums at the school gates whispering behind my back, I don't see why I have to keep explaining myself.
'I'm never going to stop what I love doing, the haters are only going to make me stronger.'
Megan is paid £500 for each adult movie and is now excited about what 2016 will bring.
She added: 'My job's amazing, I love being in front of the camera.
'My idol is Katie Price, I thought if she can make money by glamour modelling it was worth me giving it ago too - I'm in awe of her.
'I hope to be as big and as successful as her someday, she's a great mum too and has never let the bullies get her down.
'I used to try and hide what I do, but now I don't care, I plaster updates everywhere and now have a great fan base.'
She added: 'This year has been a complete rollercoaster and a whirlwind, there's been ups and downs but now I've learnt to ignore what other people think.
'It's a really exciting time for me and I can't wait for my career to grow, if anyone disagrees then I don't need them in my life.
'I know I'm not perfect but I love my little boy to pieces and I know I'm a good mum, that's all that matters.'
