• Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbours • Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office • Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrangere-delivery
For International orders the price of the items does not include customs & importduties as these charges vary from country to country. Please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
An item is classified as lost when it is missing for:
14 working days in the UK 30 working days for delivery to Europe 35 working days for the rest of the world.
Please allow for these timescales to pass then we can investigate further.During very busy periods we may incur delays and we will keep you informed.
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at help@revolutionbeauty.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reportingthat it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all delivery issues have been resolved.
