Я употреблял наркотики почти 12 лет, и, как и у любого зависимого в употреблении, моя жизнь представляла из себя один сплошной поиск: где достать денег, купить наркотики, употребить - и далее по кругу, будучи готовым платить любую цену за свою одержимость. Я за свой «стаж» употребления пытался бросить не один десяток раз, давал себе и родным клятвы, устраивался на работу, начинал даже заниматься спортом после больниц, ходил к психологам, гадалкам и прочее, но все равно возвращался к тому, что просыпался с утра с одной мыслью: «Как достать денег и купить наркотики? Если среди вас есть человек такой же, как я, и закладка — то, что он ищет сегодня, как и всегда, возможно, моя история поможет ему узнать, что есть другой путь. У каждого наркомана есть шанс перестать употреблять героин, кокаин, гашиш, даже алкоголь — и жить другой, свободной, жизнью. Вы знаете, это, возможно, будет звучать странно, но наркотики в момент, когда я только начал их употреблять, помогли мне. Тогда я не понимал, но, будучи уже в программе, я узнал, что дело не в наркотиках, а в болезни зависимости, которой я поражен. Посудите сами: почему некоторые люди никогда в своей жизни не притрагиваются к наркотикам, некоторые пробуют и больше не прикасаются, кто-то может купить наркотики, и они будут лежать у него нетронутыми месяцами, а кто-то после первого раза начинает употреблять и не может остановиться? Есть люди, которые контролируют своё употребление алкоголя и не принимают запрещенные вещества. А есть такие, которые готовы на всё, если их ждёт закладка с любимым веществом. Нет любимого вещества - пусть будет любое другое или хотя бы водка, но тогда уж до беспамятства. В чём различие между этими людьми, почему вещества, изменяющие сознание, так по-разному воспринимаются ими? Почему кому-то просто не нужна закладка или лишняя рюмка? Ответ заключается в том, что есть категория людей, которые без изменения сознания чувствуют себя очень дискомфортно в повседневной жизни, и эта боль заставляет их употреблять еще и еще. Я как раз из числа зависимых людей, и после первого употребления я почувствовал такую свободу, что шанса не употреблять дальше у меня не было. В ход пошло все: гашиш, героин, кокаин и так далее. Соли и спайса тогда ещё не было, они появились позже, но если бы были, я бы и от них не отказался, потому что на тот момент главным было — не остаться трезвым. В какой-то момент наркотики стали работать хуже - и это тот самый момент, когда зависимый впервые задумывается, что пора бросать: доза росла, а эффект был все хуже и хуже. Так началась долгая и мучительная глава о том, как я бросал наркотики. Каждый зависимый является специалистом в том, как найти, где купить наркотики, в любом месте и в любое время суток. Были моменты, когда, чтобы перекумариться, я уезжал в деревню за несколько сотен километров от своего города, но даже там умудрялся что-то украсть, чтобы найти наркотики и употребить. Героиновая тяга была настолько сильна, что я не мог ей сопротивляться и проявлял чудеса изобретательности. Тогда закладок еще не было, и приходилось искать на улице «своих» - ребят в употреблении, чтобы через них купить наркотики. Один наркоман всегда легко найдёт другого. И где бы я ни находился, я везде мог разыскать наркоманов, вместе с которыми есть возможность купить наркотики: героин, кокаин, гашиш — всё, что угодно. Я был готов на многое ради употребления. Сейчас, уже будучи трезвым не один год, я вспоминаю те времена и мне даже не верится, что я мог вытворять такое. Я начинал свое употребление, как и многие, с курительных наркотиков - гашиш, марихуана. Но очень быстро мне этого перестало хватать, и я начал искать что-то сильнее. Пробовал героин, кокаин, метадон, винт - в общем, все, что было доступно на тот момент. Остановился сначала на стимуляторах, но со временем отходняки стали настолько тяжелыми, что пересел на героин. Очень рад, что в то время не было синтетических наркотиков, типа соли, спайса и мефедрона, иначе мог бы и не дойти до Анонимных Наркоманов. Одним из принципов сообщества Анонимные Наркоманы является то, что мы не рекламируем и не пропагандируем наш путь и никому не навязываем свое мнение. Каждый сам решает, употреблять ему или нет, хорошо это или плохо, мы не имеем мнения по этому вопросу. Наша весть заключается в том, что мы, прошедшие через ад употребления и бесчисленные попытки самостоятельно бросить наркотики, смогли сделать это с помощью этой простой программы. Если ты такой же, как и мы, то знаешь, что одной дозы слишком много, а тысячи всегда недостаточно. Знаем это и мы, и сегодня мы свободны. Я благодарен за то, что сейчас меня не кумарит, мне не надо искать онлайн закладку или думать, где взять деньги на наркотики. У меня есть выбор, как прожить этот день. В конечном счете я пришел к ситуации, к которой приходит каждый зависимый, которому повезло выжить - наркотики совсем перестали мне помогать. Я жил, чтобы употреблять, и употреблял, чтобы жить. Дни стали абсолютно одинаковы: достать денег, купить онлайн наркотики - и так каждый день. Мне невероятно повезло, что именно в этот момент полного отчаяния я встретил человека, который донес мне весть о том, что можно перестать употреблять, потерять желание употреблять и найти новый путь в жизни. Попав на свое первое собрание Анонимных Наркоманов, я увидел людей таких же, как я, которые употребляли, а теперь живут свободной, полноценной жизнью без наркотиков. Когда я начал применять рекомендации программы, моя жизнь стала быстро меняться в лучшую сторону. Теперь я являюсь хорошим сыном для своих родителей, я приобрел профессию, у меня есть отношения, я стараюсь быть полезным людям как в социуме, так и новичкам в сообществе, отдавая им то, что дали мне - бескорыстную любовь, понимание и поддержку. Конечно, жизнь есть жизнь и бывают разные моменты, но одно я четко знаю - я не испытываю ни малейшего желания употреблять наркотики и очень благодарен за новую жизнь, которую обрел с помощью сообщества Анонимные Наркоманы. Я прошел через все ступени борьбы со своей зависимостью от наркотиков - больницы, гадалки, перекумарки дома и т. Результата не было, я все равно через очень короткое время шел употреблять, хотя всей душой не хотел этого.
