Meeting of the Rector

The meeting discussed important issues related to the Institute of Doctoral Studies in Postgraduate Education.

It should be noted that the postgraduate education system was created on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 29, 2020 "On Approval of the Concept of Science Development until 2030" and relevant documents of the ministry.

The effectiveness of the reforms carried out in this system is also visible in the significant increase in the scientific potential of our university. Increasing the results to 70% in the Concept of Higher Education Development places great responsibility directly on young researchers.

The advantages of unity and solidarity, the priority of the interests of the people, the cultivation of a sense of belonging to the Motherland, vigilance, indifference to surrounding events and phenomena, gratitude and other important human qualities were also mentioned.
