Medical Care Agent (English/Russian)

We are currently seeking a Remote Medical Care Agent to support a medical clinic based in New York. This is a fully remote, full-time position.
Please note that candidates will be required to complete training with the manager. The training covers a substantial amount of medical information, including details about doctors, insurance information, clinic specialization, and more.
* Responsibilities:Make outgoing calls to patients
* Conduct follow-ups on patient health using standard questionnaires
* Enter patient responses into the system
* Respond to patient questions
* Build positive and trusting relationships with patients
* Manage follow-up schedules based on workload
* Qualifications:Proficiency in English and Russian
* Previous experience in the medical field or medical education
* Strong telephone communication skills
* High level of customer service skills
* Ability to handle difficult customers effectively
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
* Working Hours:9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)
* 40 hours per week
* Compensation:$4/hour during training
* $7/hour after training
