Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior-level PPC Manager with strong hands-on experience in Paid Media — Google Ads & Meta. You’ll manage international campaigns (Europe & Africa) and be responsible for performance, strategy, and execution across multiple markets and verticals.
Experience with aggressive or unconventional Media Buying tactics (including black hat methods) is a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (acquisition, awareness, lead gen) across Google Ads and Meta
* Full-cycle management of PPC accounts: setup, optimization, tracking, and performance reporting.
* Implement tracking solutions (Gtag, GTM, Pixels, Search Console) and troubleshoot data collection issues.
* Analyze campaign data and develop actionable insights to improve performance and maximize ROAS.
* Conduct product/category/competitive analysis for each market and channel.
* Manage ad budgets efficiently across platforms, with a focus on profitability and scale.
* Produce clear reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
* Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience managing multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, MS Ads, etc.)
* Proven results in performance advertising (CPA, FTD, ROI-focused)
* Experience in the iGaming industry is a must
* Previous exposure to black hat PPC techniques or “grey area” campaigns
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
* Fluent in English and Bulgarian
* Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel) and building performance decks (PowerPoint)
