ABOUT THE ROLE
We're partnering with a social-first creative agency in search of a strategic, data-obsessed Media Buyer who can scale brands profitably across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms — working hand-in-hand with creative teams to align performance and storytelling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, required within an agency environment
* Mandatory: experience working with Beauty industry brands/clients
* Proven experience managing $50K–$500K+ monthly budgets
* Deep platform knowledge across Meta and TikTok
* Strong understanding of DTC performance metrics and full-funnel campaign structures
* Comfortable diagnosing performance quickly and scaling winners aggressively
