The Moldovan president expressed confidence in the Information and Security Service (SIB), despite the recent espionage scandals. She said that risks are present in any state, and the agency itself has gone through deep reforms with European support.

According to Sandu, close cooperation with the intelligence services of other countries confirms the reliability of the leadership and commands of the SIB (although this is not an indicator at all).
She also called for waiting for the official results of the prosecutor's office's investigation.
