WE INTERRUPT THE CURRENT "I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER. . . ." SERIES FOR THIS IMPORTANT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
After nearly four months on the sidelines, Joni made her first appearance in public last night since she injured her left shoulder in a serious fall from a ladder early last June, which necessitated rotator cuff surgery later in the month. Joni did not have the necessary range of motion or strength to dress herself. Mundane matters which are normal parts of dressing up en femme such as putting on bra, pulling up a girdle, attaching garters, zipping up skirts or dresses, coupling necklaces, were all difficult, if not impossible for Joni to accomplish. Not that there was there much opportunity for Joni to go anywhere because it took more than two months before she was even able to drive a car safely. After 7 weeks of physical therapy, which is still continuing, Joni had finally reached a minimum level of range of motion and strength in her arm and shoulder to dress up and venture out.
Joni was last out dressed en femme in Virginia Beach on June 1, but it seemed so much longer. Joni soon realized how much she loved and missed getting dressed. However, Joni's summer of discontent is now over. Joni was driving north back to her native New Jersey for a few personal matters, including attending a football game with the younger son. Joni realized that she would have the opportunity to go out as Joni at least one night, and maybe two. Despite a relatively late arrival on Friday, Joni was able to pull herself together and head out at a somewhat late hour to Asbury Park, the Jersey Shore playground of the renowned Katie O'Malley (Ms. O'Malley was unavailable due to family obligations.)
Joni's original target was the Paradise dance club near the beach, however she discovered that she had developed a major wardrobe malfunction in transit - One of her thigh high stay up stockings wasn't staying up! The elastic band was defective and the stocking was sagging down to Joni's knee. Ordinarily, this might not have been a problem for Joni, who normally attaches her stockings and thigh highs with garters, but guess who left her garter belts back in South Carolina, and opted not to wear her OBG with attached garters on this evening?? Realizing that a stocking that sags down to her knee was a bad look on a dance floor, Joni desperately drove around for an hour looking for a Walmart or a Walgreens, or something similar that sold stockings, but Joni was having no luck finding a store that was open, as Joni had arrived in Asbury Park shortly before midnight. (The bars and clubs stay open to 2:00 a.m., even if the convenience stores don't.) Only when Joni decided to give it up and go home to her hotel, did she finally find an open Walgreens. (Out of town)
Even then, fate conspired further to frustrate Joni. This particular Walgreens had plenty of pantyhose for sale, but not one pair of thigh-highs or stockings. Desperate to salvage her night, Joni bought a pair of "Brand X" pantyhose, and spent another 10 to 15 minutes in her car wrestling to put on the panty hose, which is always a problem for Joni under the best of circumstances due to a pair of hip replacements which hamper her range of motion of her legs. . . . But where there is a will, there is a way. Unfortunately, while Joni proudly tugged on her new pantyhose, she realized there wasn't much of her night left to salvage, so she implemented Plan B and headed off to the nearby Georgie's, an iconic LGBTQ bar, instead. Joni walked into Georgie's shortly after 1;30 a.m. just in time for Last Call. Even at this late hour, Georgie's still had a lively crowd on hand. While Joni had some polite conversations, she didn't see anyone she knew, which was more likely at the Paradise Club.
Nevertheless, it was a good night for Joni as she rediscovered her femme groove, even if it didn't happen on a dance floor. (It's always fun to sing and tap away on the steering wheel when driving alone en femme on a highway for 45 minutes.

For a few months this teenage boy has been settling into his weekly salon visits for shampooing and roller setting.
Over recent weeks before he leaves the salon receptionists has suggested that it would be a good idea for him to use the Powder Room before he leaves. So far the boy has made some feeble excuse and left.
Although he sees all the ladies using the Powder Room before leaving; inside he is anxious about what he is expected to do in there. Every week sight of the sign above the door scares him much as the sight of the salon and the dryers did in the early days.

This Jacket was given to us from a very dear friend. The girdle and bra are also vintage 1960's . Ahhh the Glamorous and Sexy 1960's.
Rago longline bra with waist band combined with the strong-shaping Rago high waist long leg panty girdle. So the woman´s waist is held in shape by two layered waistbands with a strong effect. Only four garters, the anti-slip bands on the legs may help to keep the nylons in place... If some of us may not trust only four garters to hold the nylons properly, I recommend to wear another girdle over or under the pantygirdle, which will provide another six garters, not to mention the stronger shaping effect!
What do you think, ladies (and gentlemen) - have you ever tried the combination?

Dieser ist natürlich auch von Rago wie die Miederhose und paßt perfekt zu ihr. Es scheint, das Model trägt kein Höschen - wie frivol - aber auch nicht erforderlich, weil die Miederhose das Höschen perfekt ersetzt. Leider ist sie nur mit vier Strumpfhaltern ausgestattet, so daß die Abschlüsse der langen Beine den Nylons noch zum zusätzlich erforderlichen straffen und faltenfreien Sitz verhelfen müssen... - oder ggf. von einem zweiten Hüfthalter mit Strumpfhaltern unterstützt werden müssen, was sowieso für strenge Formung und Umschließung wünschenswert ist!
