Mike was a 61 year old retired divorced American looking for a new start. He decided to begin dating women in The Philippines. He was so happy when he met Angelica. She was a 21-year-old college grad who didn’t care about age.
They had been chatting every night for almost a year when he decided to fly to The Philippines and see her. He was so excited he even bought an engagement ring to surprise her. He landed in NAIA. In the waiting area of Terminal 1, there she stood. A beautiful female specimen. He nearly ran to her, and she feigned a smile. He went to kiss her on the cheek, and he could feel her grimace.
It was like a punch in the gut. She assured him that his age didn’t matter and that ‘love was love.’ The whole two weeks was terrible. He could tell she was disgusted by him. In bed, she merely tolerated it, but he knew she didn’t like it. He was crushed.
Once he got back to the states, he began to think about things. He realized it was wishful thinking to go after a 21-year-old girl at his age, so he decided it was time to find a woman, not a girl. He decided to date a Filipina over 35.
Many foreign guys are enamored with the 21-year-old young and ‘fresh’ brown barbies but are then unpleasantly surprised when discovering some of their attitudes. Basically, some of them will act like they’re doing YOU a favor by even talking to you. You can expect requests for money and gifts to occur pretty quickly after the first conversation.
This is why I advise foreigners to go after ‘ripe’ women instead. There are a ton of 25-40-year-old Filipinas that are very attractive and, more importantly, will actually be attracted to you. They are more likely to understand a relationship is more than just exchanging sex for gifts and support.
You deserve someone that understands that love is not a right. It is something that must be earned.
In the Filipina dating world, over 35 is considered ‘dating older Filipinas.’ More and more men are ditching the 21-year-old young and fresh girls for Pinays who are over 35 and ripe. There are several reasons to consider dating Filipinas over 35.
Not wanting children is a big deal for many guys looking to date Filipinas. Most guys already served their time with kids and don’t want to go through that again in their golden years. Despite whatever she tells you, the fact is that most 18-24-year-old girls will want children. Don’t be surprised if she tries to get pregnant to lock you in covertly. A buddy of mine told me he once caught one of his girls pouring the contents of a used condom that she got out of the garbage can into herself!
Dating a woman over 35 can help to alleviate this issue. Obviously, they’re less likely to be able to have children. If she can get pregnant, she’s far less likely to try some dirty trick to do it. The reason being she’s seen her friends try to get pregnant to keep a guy and how it didn’t work out for them.
This is a biggie. The fact of the matter is that many 18-24-year-olds that pursue older foreigners don’t do it because they find them physically appealing. As a result, many of them will feel and act like they’re the ones doing you a favor. That’s why she’ll have no problem asking for money and gifts. She sees it as her reward for spreading her legs for you. This is especially true for a girl who’s used to having many foreign guys hitting on her.

A woman closer to your age is less likely to do stupid things like ‘making tampo‘ and get angry because she thought she saw you look at another woman. She’ll have real problem-solving skills, and she won’t try to make your life a living hell just because she felt slighted for a silly reason.
Someone closer to your age is more likely to have values that align with yours. And I mean actually have values that align with yours, not just tell you what they think you want to hear! If you are more conservative, she’s likely to have those same values. As we grow older and mature, we all tend to grow as people, which usually entails understanding our own values instead of simply parroting others’ values.
Older women tend to know what they want. If you go after some 19-year-old girl, she may not be ready to settle down just yet. You don’t have to worry about stupid games to try to make you ‘earn her.’ A Filipina over 35 is more likely to be straight forward about what she’s really looking for and mean it.
In The Philippines, unmarried women over 35 are largely considered ‘expired goods’ by most local men. That sad truth means you’re way less likely to hear the word ‘no’ when dating someone over 35—especially when compared to a 21-year-old with a nice rack. A 36-year-old Filipina will iron your clothes, cook your meals, and run your bath water with a smile. Unlike the 21-year-old, she’ll think you’re the one doing her a favor. Not the other way around.
I’m not suggesting you take an older woman for granted. I’m saying she’s just more likely to treat you with the respect you deserve.
This is something I see men neglecting far too often. Women have eyes too! Money isn’t the end all be all for many women. There has to be at least some semblance of physical attraction for a relationship to work.
The closer someone is to your age, the more likely the physical attraction is to be genuine. I realize it’s the 25-year old that gets the blood flowing the most but let’s not forget the importance of mutual attraction! It’s so much better in bed when she’s attracted to you too!
