Le matelas de massage Effect Firm S1000 repose sur un bloc de ressorts indépendants, qui contient environ 1000 ressorts pour chaque lit. La particularité de ce bloc est que la course de chaque ressort est autonome, du fait que les ressorts sont placés dans des sacs et des couvercles spéciaux et n'ont pas de liaison rigide les uns avec les autres. Dans ce matelas, seuls les ressorts directement chargés sont soumis à une compression. Après le bloc de ressort, il y a une couche de fibre de coco. La noix de coco donne de la fermeté au matelas et un bon soutien à la colonne vertébrale. Après la noix de coco vient la mousse de polyuréthane cellulaire, qui confère à la surface un effet de micromassage. D'un côté se trouve une couche de mémoire qui, sous l'influence de la charge, prend la forme du corps humain et ne crée pas de contre-pression. Les deux côtés ont une dureté moyenne classique, mais diffèrent par leur effet - d'un côté, il y aura un effet de micro-massage prononcé, et de l'autre côté, il peut sembler un peu plus doux en raison de l'utilisation de la mémoire.
