Master Book — Privacy Policy

Master Book (“the app”) is an appointment book for beauty professionals. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Summary
Master Book does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Data stored on your device
The app stores the information you enter yourself: appointments, client names, phone numbers, notes and photos, services, prices, expenses, working hours and settings. This data is saved only in the app’s local storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third party, and we have no access to it.

No account, no servers
The app works fully offline. It does not require registration, has no user accounts and does not use our own or third-party servers.

No analytics, tracking or ads
The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking tools, and it does not use any identifiers to track you across apps or websites.

Camera and photos
Access to the camera and photo library is requested only when you choose to add a photo to a client’s profile. Photos are stored only on your device.

Sharing and messengers
When you share free time slots or a booking confirmation, or call or message a client, the app opens WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messages, Phone or the system share sheet with the text you chose. After that, the data is handled by those apps and is subject to their privacy policies.

Backups
You can create a backup file of your data. The file is created on your device and is saved or sent only where you choose (for example, to Files or to yourself). Keep backup files in a safe place: they contain your clients’ data.

Your clients’ data
You are responsible for the client data you enter in the app and for having your clients’ consent to store it where required by law.

Deleting your data
You can delete all data at any time in Settings → Delete all data, or by deleting the app from your device.

Children
The app is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
