Our massage therapy team can help recover from an injury, a car accident, or a relaxation massage. We tailor all of our massage sessions to your unique needs and can provide therapeutic exercises if you want to improve your recovery time.

Our RMT will be able to help you with your massage, help to reduce tension in your body, and have you feeling great when we’re done
Our RMT is able to use the latest hands-on techniques during your massage which may include myofascial release, deep tissue massage, effleurage, petrissage, and trigger point massage therapy to reduce your muscle knots, tension, and pain.

Choosing a new massage therapist can be troublesome, confusing, and time consuming. We want you to know that you’ll only be working with 1 massage therapist on your journey, limiting bad experiences with different RMT styles. You’ll have unlimited email access to your massage therapist, if any questions arise. Our massage therapist can include therapy exercises for your injuries, limiting your need for other therapies
