Massage Therapy for Relaxation and Health

A massage is any form of bodywork that targets different parts of the body. It is the most widely practiced body therapy in India. In fact the majority of cultures around the globe have some kind of massage. However, massage is often used by therapists to refer to a generalized type of bodywork, such as the deep tissue massage.
