Massage1 came highly recommended from one of my friends. Oriana is one her go to masseuses and she was fantastic... Online reservations & Checking In: I booked my appointment online and I appreciated the email and text reminders I received. For my first session, I had to fil out some basic paperwork. With the check in tablet, you can dictate the type of massage intensity as well as areas you want to focus in on for the session. I LOVE this simple and effective use of technology. The massage room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. I requested deep pressure for my massage with a focus on the upper and lower back. Oriana knocked it out and really got in there. I could feel my knots and tensions releasing as she worked her magic. She was very friendly and checked on me throughout the session. I walked out of there feeling amazingly relaxed and loose. As I get older and continue to stay active I realize that these massages become more of a maintenance necessity versus a luxury. My next session is already booked. Hehe Good Luck!
I have now been to Massage 1 three times and kept forgetting to write a review, so I wanted to make sure I did one this time. My wife and I have been enjoying a couples massage once every few months. We when you enter, you see a small desk to the right and a waiting area on the left. They have you check-in to your appointment on one of two iPads. At this time, it gives you the option to add-on premium services such as hot stones and sugar scrubs. I really appreciate it being done this way as you avoid to pushy sales routine. Our masseuses brought us back to a room with two beds and step out to let us get comfortable on the tables. There is relaxing massage music playing the whole time which adds to the experience. I prefer deep tissue massages, so they have several masseuses that specializes in that. The last two times I've gone, I've gotten Brenda, who does an excellent job. Over the hour, it's part massage and part stretching. I leave feeling very refreshed and invigorated. Not only had it been good for my physical health, it has been good for my mental health. I recommend massages for anyone and I definitely recommend going to Massage 1 for them.

Went and got a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage of my life! Nuvia was super firm but gentle. She massaged out all my aches and pains in my neck and shoulders and also did an amazing job on the rest of body!! Definitely will be going back!!
Lena gives a great massage with the perfect amount of pressure. She takes the time to assess each muscle group and works through any kinks she finds along the way. Another perk: she is very personable. I've been scheduling 90 min massages regularly with Lena, and my only complaint is the 90 minutes goes to fast!! The facility is clean and comfortable for optimal relaxation! Also, the no-hassle, no-contract simple "loyalty" program keeps me coming back on my own with zero obligations. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my first two visits and look forward to my next appointment!
I've been going to Symone for about a year now. She has done wonders for my shoulders! And he has a very relaxing presence! I always feel great after seeing her. Whether you are looking for pain management, or relaxing, Symone is your girl! I sometimes book with Rosie when Symone is unavailable. She is also incredible! Her techniques really helped with my neck pain!
It was my first time there. The staff members there's are friendly and professional. They have a really clean place (always a plus). I had an hour and a half signature massage. Korinna was awesome! I left totally relaxed and refreshed! Def going to be a repeat client!
