We are looking for a high-speed recruiter who can handle mass hiring operations across multiple African countries.
This is not a “slow corporate HR” role.
This is operations recruitment:
high volume, high pressure, fast decision-making and constant communication.
Your Responsibilities
* Mass recruitment of sales call center operators
* Managing large candidate pipelines
* Screening candidates quickly and efficiently
* Coordinating interviews and onboarding
* Maintaining recruitment flow stability
* Working with team leads and operations departments
* Reporting recruitment metrics daily
* Identifying bottlenecks and solving them fast
We Need Someone Who
* Can work with very high volumes
* Is highly organized
* Can communicate clearly and confidently
* Understands recruitment funnels
* Knows how to keep candidates engaged
* Is emotionally stable under pressure
* Can move very fast without losing structure
Big Advantage If You Have
* Experience in call centers
* Experience in logistics or delivery companies
* Experience in African recruitment markets
* Experience in mass hiring
