Mass Effect Asari Home Invasion
Mass Effect Asari Home Invasion
The asari, native to the planet Thessia, are often considered the most influential and respected sentient species in the galaxy, and are known for their elegance, diplomacy, and biotic aptitude. This is partly due to the fact that the asari were among the earliest races to achieve interstellar flight after the Protheans, and the first to discover and settle the Citadel. A mono-gender race, the ...

The Asari are a monogendered extraterrestrial species in the Mass Effect video game series developed by BioWare, originating from the planet Thessia and noted for their feminine humanoid physiology, innate biotic capabilities, and extended lifespans reaching up to 1,000 years.[1][2] Biologically, Asari possess robust cellular regeneration that contributes to their longevity, though they do not ...
The asari, growing desperate as the Reapers attack their systems, have revealed an artifact that may hold the key to finding the Catalyst. Meet a scientific team at a temple on Thessia and investigate the artifact for clues. This mission is acquired automatically after speaking to the asari Councilor in the late Donnel Udina's office. In this mission, the Reapers will be throwing their entire ...
During melding, an asari consciously attunes her nervous system to her partner's, sending and receiving electrical impulses directly through the skin. The partner can be another asari, or an alien of either gender. Effectively, the asari and her partner briefly become one unified nervous system.
Mass Effect is a military science fiction media franchise created by Casey Hudson. The franchise depicts a distant future where humanity and several alien civilizations have colonized the galaxy using technology left behind by advanced precursor civilizations.

The planet descriptions for the asari worlds imply that each republic operates different, with different ideologies, cultures, etc. But tactically, the Asari actually did better than the Alliance, and managed to more fiercely resist the invasion than every other faction that wasn't the Turians.
Anyone who makes that claim just hates the Asari and I doubt their understanding of the Mass Effect universe. The Asari are master diplomats, and are the only species who can play the LONG GAME (as in literal millennia). Krogan theoretically can but their centuries of division prevented them until ME3 should Wrex and Eve be alive of course.
Asari position was not a effect of other races liking them but acknowledgement of their power. Their position after Reaper invasion would be also dependent on their relative power. Asari would easily explain their actions, not many of them knew the truth anyway.
The Asari are an important part of the Mass Effect universe. Here's a look at everything you need to know about them.

The Asari had all kinds of advantages before they even explored the space beyond their home system. Commander Shepard, the Alliance hero, visited a number of alien homeworlds during their quest to save the galaxy, and that included Thessia.

The asari homeworld has been called the "crown jewel of the galaxy," the "apex of democracy," and the "beating heart of galactic love." Its republics have a remarkably low incidence of war, disease, violent crime or famine, riding a stable economy backed by wealthy colonies and Thessia's vast element zero reserves.

The Asari in charge at the time of the Reaper Invasion were not prepared for it in the slightest. Thessia has no unified Governing body like Humans did with Arcturus Station, only the individual Leaders of disparate Nation-States.
