The host and his family is very hostile and nice! They speak Georgian and Russian. They can show you the best attractions and even take you to them by car for additional charge. The place is very clean and ecological. Be prepared that the place is about 15 km from Martvilli and Okatse Canyons and the bathroom is outside the house. Their hospitality is truly heartwarming and they show us around on the farm and the land. Although they did not speak a lot of english, it does not matter. They all pay a huge effort to make you feel at home and share stories. We always remember the nice time we had at the house. In addition Temur was very helpful and quick to response to us in German. I managed to communicate although It was hard to communicate in English, preferable to have Russian or Georgian language for a better experience. One of the best Airbnb experiences ever! Temur and his family were as welcoming and hospitable as can be. They showed us around the farm, Temur took us around the region for a whole day, we got excellent Georgian breakfast and dinner and had wonderful conversation with Temur who speaks perfect German. We drove here from Kutasi after sunset, and Natia was the first Airbnb host who was able to send map coordinates that allowed our navigation system to lead us directly to the home. The road leading to it is also unpaved, but our small rental car made it there fine. The home site is amazing, akin to a miniature farm with a large lot and a friendly baby pig that loves to be around people. There is also a well onsite where we were served freshly drawn water from. Our room with 2 single beds was clean as well as the shared bathroom in the hallway. There was a strong fan provided in the room but the weather was perfect mid September, and we did not need it. The best part of the stay was sitting in the balcony portion of the hallway in the shaded swing set and listening to the trees outside and enjoying the fresh air. There was absolutely no mosquitoes a relief after getting bitten to death in Batumi. We also paid 15 lari each for a home cooked dinner which was served outside our room on a table to eat outdoors. Delicious homemade red wine was also served, one of the best reds I had on my trip! Everything was home made including the sulguni cheese. Come here for rest and relaxation and isolation from civilization. I would have stayed here a week if I had had the time. Highly recommended if you can find transportation here. Quite far to any shops without a car we had to walk to the next town which took mins each way Natia and her husband do offer food and transport. They also offer great homemade wine! This place is newly remodeled although one of the guest bedrooms does have a broken window , which I was thrilled to find out about when I walked in! Each of the rooms locks individually. There is a kitchen where you can prepare food and both living and dining room areas that you can spend time in. The town is adorable as well. I would definitely recommend staying here! Nice place, easy communication. And Lado is definitely knowledgeable about the area and provided me with hiking and sightseeing tips. I can highly recommend this place. It is very modern, well furnished and everything you could possibly need is provided with an eye for the detail. You can sit in the garden on the terrace in very comfortable chairs or hang out in the hammocks and enjoy a good georgian wine. Lado helped us out a lot and gave us lots of advice. For now, the place only has one bathroom. It does have 2 sinks separate from the toilet and shower. There are improvements underway including another bath which will make 14 guests possible.
