Martixent Hiring Talent Requirements

Before submitting your application, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

I. You must join our channel, @Martixent, before sending your application form so you won't miss any updates regarding our hiring process.

II. The account you use must be a PA/CA/BA/FA/RANT account. We do not accept Roleplayer Accounts (RP).

III. You may only join a maximum of two agencies, including @Martixent.

IV. You must be responsible and able to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our agency.

V. The minimum age requirement is 16 years old. Please do not falsify your age.

VI. You must not be in a busy period that could interfere with your responsibilities as a talent.

Benefits

We apply a salary cut of only 0–15% based on your income. All benefits listed below are included within this system.

We can help improve and beautify your profile through moodboards, biographies, basic wording, and other profile-related edits.

4. Premium Applications

Access to premium applications such as Spotify and Netflix for listening dates, movie dates, and other session needs.
