Fast-growing tech company looking for a Social Media Manager who actually knows what they're doing. If you haven't gone viral with at least one post, or you don't know how to serve both the Mexican and US markets, do not apply.
This is not a "post and pray" hire. We need a real social media manager who owns the whole thing end to end.
We give you everything: tools, AI stack, direction, support. You bring the skill and the execution.
What you'll own
* Video editing in CapCut (short-form, fast turnaround)
* Graphic design for posts, stories, and campaigns
* Content creation using AI (video, graphics, copy, the full stack)
* Distribution and growth across platforms
* Responding to comments, DMs, and questions, and building real community
* Brainstorming ideas and bringing your own to the table, not just executing ours
You're a fit if you
* Have gone viral at least once and can show me
* Know how to serve both the Mexican and US markets
* Genuinely know social media and have grown accounts you can prove
* Can edit, design, write, and distribute (a true all-rounder)
* Move fast, think for yourself, and don't need hand-holding
* Are comfortable creating with AI tools daily
* Have a solid computer and fast, reliable WiFi (non-negotiable for remote)
