We work with international clients, from global corporations to ambitious startups, blending strategy, creativity, content, media, influencer marketing, and AI-driven workflows.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist with proven beauty and/or fashion expertise to join our remote international team.
We need someone who can read a brand, understand its market, spot what matters, and turn insight into clear, actionable marketing strategy.
💘 Who You are
-You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, digital, or communication strategy.
-You have worked with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
-You have excellent English skills and can work confidently in an international environment.
-You understand social platforms, content ecosystems, influencer marketing, paid media logic, and consumer behavior.
-You can build strong presentations, guide clients, and align creative, media, and content teams.
-You are excited to learn, evolve, and grow with the AI and agentic revolution reshaping the way we work right now.
🎯 What You'll do
-Develop marketing strategies, audits, campaign frameworks, and digital roadmaps.
-Translate client goals into clear plans for creative, social, media, influencer, and AI-supported teams.
-Join key client moments: discovery, presentations, reviews, workshops, and pitches.
-Identify opportunities, market shifts, communication gaps, and strategic improvements.
-Track results and turn performance data into better decisions.
