Marketing Executive (No Experience Needed)
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: Digital Aesthetics
No marketing experience? No problem. If you're smart, curious, and good with computers, keep reading.
The truth: Nobody hands you a manual for this stuff. Marketing is just problem-solving with people and pixels. If you can figure out how software works, spot patterns in data, and teach yourself things on YouTube at 1am, you already have the core skill set.
What we do: We're a digital marketing agency that's been in the game 17 years, working with hospitals, clinics, and beauty brands. We help them get found online, look good, and stay compliant (it's a regulated space, GMC and CQC, but we'll show you the ropes).
What you'll actually do:
* Dig into research, what are competitors doing? What do people actually want?
* Help run campaigns across SEO, social, PPC, and reputation
* Talk to the team (real humans, real experts)
* Look at numbers, figure out what's working, suggest what to change
* Work with a small team that actually wants your input
What we need from you:
* Resilience, things break, campaigns flop, clients change their minds. You shake it off and try again.
* Initiative, nobody's going to stand over your shoulder. See a problem? Fix it. See a gap? Fill it.
* No fear, new tool? Learn it. Unfamiliar industry? Research it. Big task? Break it down.
What we DON'T need:
* A specific degree
* Years of experience
* Certifications
* Permission to apply
If you're into computers, logic, and figuring things out, that's enough. The marketing part is teachable. The mindset isn't.
Details:
* Part-time, fully remote
* Flexible hours
* Real work, real clients, real feedback
* You'll learn SEO, social media, paid ads, analytics, client comms, skills that transfer anywhere
