We’re Deco TV Frames — we make premium handcrafted frames for Samsung’s The Frame TV, sold through Amazon, Best Buy, and Wayfair. Small team, fast-moving, and we need someone who keeps everything running.
This is a remote, part-time role with real potential to grow full-time if we work well together.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
* Operations & project coordination — ClickUp setup, task workflows, project tracking, and deadline management
* Monthly photo contest — end-to-end coordination twice a month
* Customer review support — Trustpilot monitoring, feedback organization, and review workflow management
* Meeting support — notes, follow-up tracking, and communication records
WHAT YOU’LL ALSO DO
* Cross-team coordination — sharing updates with customer service, coordinating approvals and revisions, supporting workflow improvements
* AI project support — assisting with AI image and content initiatives alongside our marketing team
* Internal content review — reviewing social and web content before it goes out

* Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. Deadlines, follow-ups, and details are your thing.
* You’re comfortable with ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, and basic AI tools — or you learn them fast.
* You understand this is an operations role, not a content creation role, and that excites you rather than disappoints you.
* Experience in ecommerce, DTC brands, or marketing coordination is a plus.
