Role Description
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for growing Prime Projectx's online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Fastwork.
Responsibilities include creating engaging content ideas, writing captions, scheduling posts, researching trends and hashtags, monitoring engagement, interacting with audiences, and supporting lead generation through social media platforms.
The role also involves promoting our software development, AI, automation, and digital services, managing basic graphic or video content, updating marketing materials, assisting with campaign planning, tracking analytics, maintaining CRM records, and identifying new opportunities to reach potential clients.
This is a remote full-time position with opportunities to learn AI tools, digital marketing strategies, branding, and business development.
QualificationsRequired
* Excellent written communication skills in English.
* Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Fastwork.
* Able to write engaging captions and promotional content.
* Strong research skills to identify market trends and competitor activities.
* Organized and able to manage multiple social media accounts.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn AI-powered marketing tools.
Preferred
* Experience managing business social media accounts.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
* Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools.
* Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Daily Tasks
* Plan weekly content calendar.
* Create Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
* Design simple promotional graphics.
* Write captions and hashtags.
* Publish content across all platforms.
* Respond to comments and messages.
* Research trending topics and viral content.
* Find potential clients on LinkedIn and Fastwork.
* Generate leads and maintain prospect lists.
* Report weekly marketing performance.
