Marketing & Growth Strategist
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: Assurity Certified Solutions LLC
*About Assurity Certified Solutions*
Assurity Certified Solutions helps drivers find collision repair shops they can actually trust.
Today, most people have no idea whether a collision repair shop is truly qualified to fix their vehicle the right way. Cars are more complex than ever, and the difference between a proper repair and a shortcut can affect safety, vehicle value, and long-term performance.
Assurity solves that.
We identify and validate repair shops that meet real OEM-aligned standards — meaning they have the right people, tools, training, and processes to repair modern vehicles correctly. With over 5,000 pre-qualified shops across the country, we give consumers a reliable way to find a shop that is proven capable, not just claiming to be.
At our core, we are a consumer-first, purpose-driven company focused on restoring trust in an industry that desperately needs it.
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Strategist to help build the Assurity brand from the ground up.
This is not a traditional social media manager role. This is not an SEO-only role. We are looking for someone who can help shape how the market understands Assurity, build campaigns that create awareness and trust, and turn ideas into real marketing assets, systems, and measurable results.
The right person is part strategist, part operator, and part creative problem-solver. You should be comfortable working with leadership, taking a rough idea, turning it into a clear message, and then helping bring that message to life across web, email, content, partnerships, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
You do not need to be a deep specialist in every marketing channel. We are looking for someone who can think clearly, write well, understand the customer, use modern tools effectively, and execute without needing constant direction.
*What You’ll Own*
You will help build the marketing foundation for Assurity, including:
Brand messaging and positioning for both consumers and businesses
Campaign ideas that drive awareness, trust, and action
Website and landing page messaging
Email campaigns and customer communication
Educational content that explains why proper repairs matter
Marketing materials for consumers, shops, partners, and industry audiences
Launch plans for new initiatives, partnerships, and platform updates
Conversion-focused improvements across the website and registration flows
Campaign tracking, performance reporting, and recommendations for what to test next
*What You’ll Do*
Help clarify and strengthen Assurity’s brand voice, message, and market positioning
Turn business goals into practical marketing campaigns
Write and refine website copy, landing pages, emails, articles, ads, and collateral
Help create campaigns that educate consumers and build trust in the Assurity platform
Support B2B and B2C marketing efforts across consumers, repair shops, industry partners, and other stakeholders
Use AI tools, marketing tools, and research tools to move faster and produce higher-quality work
Coordinate marketing timelines, campaign assets, content calendars, and launch materials
Review website and campaign performance to identify what is working and what needs improvement
Work directly with leadership to support announcements, partnerships, growth initiatives, and strategic priorities
Help build repeatable marketing systems where none currently exist
*What This Role Is Not*
This is not a role for someone who only wants to schedule social media posts.
This is not a role for someone who only knows SEO tools and keyword reports.
This is not a role for someone who needs a fully built marketing department, detailed playbooks, and constant direction.
We are looking for someone who can help figure things out, organize the work, create strong messaging, execute across channels, and use modern tools — including AI — to move quickly.
*What We’re Looking For*
2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, startup marketing, or a related role
Strong writing and messaging skills
Ability to communicate clearly to both everyday consumers and business audiences
Comfortable turning complex ideas into simple, compelling marketing messages
Experience creating or supporting campaigns across web, email, content, paid ads, partnerships, or other marketing channels
A strong sense of what makes people pay attention, trust a company, and take action
Comfortable using AI tools to research, draft, organize, test, and improve marketing work
Able to work independently in a remote startup environment
Organized enough to manage multiple moving pieces without constant hand-holding
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Able to think strategically but also execute hands-on
*Helpful Experience*
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
Startup or early-stage company marketing
B2B, B2C, or B2B2C marketing
Marketplaces, certification platforms, SaaS, local services, automotive, insurance, professional services, or consumer trust-based businesses
Building marketing systems from scratch
Writing landing pages, email campaigns, ads, sales collateral, or educational content
Running or supporting paid campaigns, email campaigns, content campaigns, or partnership campaigns
Using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Webflow, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
*Why This Role*
This is a chance to get in early and help build a brand from the ground up.
You will not be stepping into a rigid corporate marketing department where everything has already been decided. You will help create the foundation: the messaging, the campaigns, the content, the customer journey, and the way people first discover and understand the company.
You will work directly with leadership, have real input, and see the impact of your work as the company grows.
For someone who wants meaningful hands-on marketing experience, this role offers the opportunity to do more than assist. It gives you the chance to build.
Assurity is a 100% remote company. There will be no “back to office” calls.

Please send your resume and examples of marketing work you are proud of.
Examples may include:
A campaign you helped create
A landing page or website copy
