In long messages, not all the MarkUp entities are shown

When sending messages using both HTML or Markdown, there is a limit for the number of entities shown.

At the moment, this limit is about 100, so any further entity you add won't be parsed and will therefore be ignored, sorry. This limit may be changed in the future.
