March was eventful - let's remember how it went!

#Trip to Acibadem

From 11th to 15th of March we had a working trip to Turkey, Istanbul. TIMC's team of C-Suite and Direction Executives met with the managing lead and representatives from Acibadem Management Company in Istanbul. It was a unique experience where our colleagues visited Acibadem's leading hospitals such as Ataşehir, Altunizade and Maslak, as well as the company's headquarters. The visit included strategic discussions on collaboration and adapting Acibadem's best practices in the TIMC project, and a clear action plan to successfully realize the objectives.

Yulia Khromchenko - Chief Specialist of the Personnel Training and Assessment Department:

"The trip was intense and productive.

Acibadem colleagues have their own unique structure and approach to work. It was interesting to familiarize ourselves with the processes from the inside, especially in the area of corporate training.

We have a lot of work to do to adapt their many years of experience to the realities of our market. Due to the fact that the Turkish side is open to cooperation and interaction, and joint work promises to be fruitful and exciting."

Vladislav Lozyanov - Head of System Administration Department:  

" Visiting Acibadem's head office and clinics, we learnt a lot about the history of the brand, its technical equipment, and infrastructure development. The design, which does not slow down the development of Acibadem's global network of medical centers around the world, also caught our attention. Although some solutions are not cutting-edge, they are integrated into a comprehensive, solid structure that meets all objectives.

We met the company's organizational representatives and the heads of all key departments, who presented us with Acibadem's best practices. In turn, we presented them with our visions and plans. Overall, I believe that this trip was important and necessary. I now have a full contact list of competent specialists to assist with solving technical issues, and I understand what technologies we use and why we chose them."

"For me, Acibadem is a network I have known about for quite a long time. The opportunity to see it from the inside was a great experience.

All support processes such as procurement, logistics, etc. are based on centralized and scalable management aspects, so the processes are very transparent and easy to monitor and analyze for all branches.

I like the fact that all hospitals are unique in their own right, but yet the same corporate approach is evident in the details, and at a glance, there is an understanding of belonging to a single ecosystem.

The fact that people who jokingly call themselves "newcomers" to the company have been with the company for more than 8 years was remarkable. The average length of service of the employees we spoke with is 14-15 years. This speaks volumes about how important the employees are to the company and how impactful their human resource management programs are."

#New departments of the clinic

During the visit, the Acibadem project office team presented the building renovation project and showed the blueprints for the new departments. In addition to the existing areas, our clinic is planning to open an IVF Centre and maternity and oncology departments. These areas were chosen not by chance, but after a thorough market research and understanding of their development needs. We are confident that our new clinic development strategy will take AcibademTIMC to a new level.

#Construction

Now, let’s move from Istanbul back to Tashkent and see how things are going on the construction site - since March, the dismantling of the architectural part on several floors is in progress, as well as the preparation of offices and installation of doors. Work is also well underway in the car park building: workers are insulating ducts, laying utilities and have already started painting on floors 8-13. Despite the vast scope of our project, we are actively moving forward.

#Holidays

TIMC celebrated International Women's Day with grandeur - the men of our team prepared not only flowers and gifts for our ladies, but also a magnificent dastarkhan with real Samarkand pilaf. Songs and congratulations were given during the holiday. In addition, our CEO Melih Karahasanoglu gave a speech in which he congratulated the lovely ladies and expressed his sincere and warmest wishes to them.

March also brought Nowruz, the traditional symbol of spring and the new year. We celebrated this bright holiday together with our colleagues, exchanging wishes and treats that symbolize renewal and spiritual rebirth.

#Meeting April

Summarizing the results, we can confidently say that March was full of significant moments and important steps in the development of our team and our project. AcibademTIMC team steps into the new month with optimism and determination. April promises to be no less full of events and activities. With the return of warmth, we are looking forward to spending more time outdoors, and the start of football matches for the AcibademTIMC team will be announced very soon.
