Chennai, March 26, 2025 – Acclaimed Tamil filmmaker and actor Manoj Bharathiraja, son of legendary director Bharathiraja, has officially announced his next directorial venture. The project, tentatively titled Vettri (Victory), is said to be an intense rural drama with a star-studded cast.

Speaking at a press conference earlier today, Manoj revealed that the film will explore themes of justice, tradition, and rebellion, set against the backdrop of Tamil Nadu’s countryside.
