How to do the mandingo stretch? I have read the wiki and read a lot of posts on how to do it. But still confused since there are different ways to do it. (From what I have read.) I have not found a coherent answer (from what I have read). And the more i read, on how to do it the more confused i get.

Stretching the whole thing is VERY important. I gained a whole inch in a few weeks, just by doing the Mandingo stretch and pulling the streches from all angles. Its either the "blue whale stretch" or "the mandingo stretch". When I started incorporating it into my routine, my results really started taking off. I do them mixed in with some semi erect bends and timed pressure holds between hanging sets and afrer, and the full hang really sticks around ALL day.
I do 300 over the course of a day, followed by Mandingo Stretch and simple left and right static stretching for as long as I want to read in bed prior to falling asleep, say 30 - 60 minutes or so.

When expression stretching i used two hands instead of one to put more pressure on the stretch. Same goes with mandingo stretching. Instead of using my wrist for DLD blasters, i use a plastic rod, making it easier to do and more intense. I also experimented with angion method 2 when i wasnt doing girth that day and 3 for a bit before going to bed.

My main stretch is Blue Whale's Mandingo stretch which is a bundled fulcrum and should not be considered by newbies. I do 6-10 reps in the morning and 4-8 at night with each stretch being held for at least a minute (I basically stretch until my grip gives so I don't have specific times).
