Upon completion of the project, Mandalay Bay will offer a total of almost 2 million gross square-feet of conference and exhibit space, including 4 ballrooms ranging from 31,000 to 100,000 square feet, 1 million square feet of exhibit space and room to accommodate more than 75 simultaneous breakout meetings.

Groundbreaking on the Convention Center at Mandalay is scheduled for June 2001, with the facility's first show in Summer 2002.
