- Participant in/ lead of business development activities
General Description
- Manage projects/ workstream delivery:
- Define methodology and approaches to be used
- Identify information required for collection and analysis
- Coordinate information collection and analysis
- Lead conclusion making and recommendations development
- Coordinate preparation of deliverables
- Manage, teach, and coach project team
- Manage relationship with the client
- Conduct project administration activities
- Participate in/ lead business development activities
Requirements:
- Education, experience and skills requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in strategic analysis, strategy development and implementation (incl. understanding of organizational design, BSC/KPIs, strategy management processes)
- Proven project management and people management experience
- MBA degree will be an advantage
Skills
- Leadership, people management skills
- Strong knowledge of market analysis and research techniques (qualitative and quantitative)
- Strong knowledge of strategy development methodologies
- General understanding of financial modeling
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven interviewing skills
- Strong report/business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)
- Ability to operate in multitask environment
- Availability to work under tough deadlines
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Russian — native / fluent, English — native /fluent
