Management and Team Leaders meeting on the 7th of December 2021




AI.Marketing management representative and team Leaders had a meeting on Tuesday, the 7th of November 2021. The major points of the meeting were as follows:


1. Perfect Money wanted to charge us 9.99% payments fee and we turned them off. We no longer work with PM. 


2. Many users complain that Protect funds a gone. I want to remind that not all the Protect funds will be paid out. Protect is there just to compensate your cashback. Here is a reminder: Protect balance can be more than the amount of cashback that must be compensated. In this case the client won’t get the full Protect balance but only the amounts that were supposed to be compensated. So, if your Protect balance is 100 USD and 80 USD shall be compensated it means that 20 USD “will be gone” from your account. 


3. Advertising campaigns are still launched with a delay (10days) since some of the resources of the marketing department are working hard to verify all cashback accounts involved. It took more time than we expected but you need to remember that we have over 10 000 accounts. We are confident that the timing of the advertising campaigns launch will be restored as soon as the verification issue is closed. 


4. Many users are writing us claiming that Eugene gave a deadline 1-2 weeks. I did not give an exact deadline. You shall not misinterpret the information I provide. I wrote: " I don't know exactly how long it will take either 3-4 days or 1-2 weeks." It clearly states that «I do not know» as the job may take longer than expected. 


5. Sales are displayed with a delay because we changed some processes. Every time you we going to your “Sales” section we were getting info directly from the cashback aggregators. The major one asked us to limit our requests per day as we were sending so many requests to them it acted like DDos on their side. So, we know we get information only 1 time per day per account and must save the information in CACHE for 24-hors. The issue with Sales stuck at 03.12.2021 was fixed 20 minutes ago. 


6. Very often users see “0” balances in their accounts. It is due to maintenance works as we wrote in the news. https://t.me/ai_marketing/355 


7. As I wrote above, we are currently running works related to database optimization. Due to the above mentioned works we are temporarily not sending information about the affiliate income to INB. All the affiliate income will be credited to your accounts as soon as we finish works. 


8. We are running scripts on the website to locate all the unprocessed withdrawals. We website maybe overloaded at that time. If you see 0’s on your balances or the website is irresponsive or there are other signs that the website is operating slow please do not start jumping from section to section, do not make transfers, activate certificate or collect INB bonuses at that time. Operations you perform when the website is overloaded may be lost. 


9. We have not returned unprocessed withdrawals to nobody. As I wrote on the last briefing, we will notify everybody in the news. We are planning to start soon. The job has slowed down because we needed to setup CASHE for the “Sales” and most of our team is still busy with the database optimization. The unprocessed transfers will be refunded after we finish database optimization.


10. The websites and publics that provide exact dates of work restoration are "feeding" you the fake news. The correct info in in our official NEWS channel https://t.me/ai_marketing 


11. There is no need to write to the support that the unprocessed withdrawals were not returned to your account. We have thousands of such inquiries. We know what withdrawals have been processed and which ones have not. Everything will be returned without contacting support.

12. About 15,000 applications were submitted for the lot to win 13 trips to the Cashback Conference in Dubai. The draw will take place on Saturday 11th December. If a person who has incorrectly entered their data wins, the next one on the list will receive a prize. Information will be posted in the News channel.
