At the heart of the New World Order, as ultraglobalists see it and implement it to the best of their ability, is control precisely over the immaterial, over the means of modifying behavior: over social networks, information, needs. The main factor that is alienated by BigTech and controlled by it is human behavior. And if capitalism was preceded by the initial accumulation of capital, then at the origins, at the heart of post-capitalism is the “accumulation of behavioral capital”. Apple, Microsoft, Amazon products are not objects of exchange of value; constructive producer-consumer relations are not created here.

As author Shoshanna Zuboff writes in her book The Age of Surveillance Capitalism, here “our behaviors, habits, and experiences are packaged in such a way that they serve the interests of others. Man becomes a raw material." And not as a body, as in slavery, and not as an attachment to the land, as in feudalism, but as a socio-spiritual, socially homogeneous whole, a person as an integral being in the unity of goals, values and needs that are formulated, imposed, alienated and controlled by the rulers of the new "rings of omnipotence" - behavioral. If industrial capital flourished at the expense of nature, then the new “information system” flourished at the expense of human nature.

By creating "behavior modification tools," platforms do not so much impose certain norms of behavior (although this too) as they shape behavior with given commercial and political results, develop predictable behavior in a person, that is, they train him. The Internet of Things is the most important element of this system: a combination of social engineering, psychology, physics, biology and electronics takes place here. People are turning into standardized behavioral-consumer groups, that is, into dispossessed human herds. At the same time, Big Data provides surveillance and control over sides and forms of behavior that previously could not be tracked in principle.

Thomas Piketty in his book “Capital in the 21st Century” (2013; translated into Russian, I recommend!) formulated the general law of accumulation: under capitalism, profit on capital outstrips the rate of economic growth, in politics this leads to an anti-democratic system. At a late stage in the development of capitalism, the growth of profits goes so far away from the rates of economic growth that, firstly, it begins to block economic growth itself: it, in fact, ceases to be necessary for the owners of the system, that is, the fall in economic growth rates in late capitalism is not connected as much with technology and scientific and technological progress as such, as with capital as such.

Secondly, from a certain moment, capital begins to destroy the institutions of bourgeois democracy and, as it were, returns to the days of its cannibalistic youth, in the 17th-18th centuries, acquiring an openly anti-social character. As the same Zuboff rightly noted, “capitalism cannot be eaten raw; like a sausage, it must be boiled, that is, processed by democratic institutions. Because raw capitalism is anti-social."

The degree of control at the top of what Zuboff called Surveillance Capitalism (NC) over the production process and over the population is not only significantly higher than, say, under industrial capitalism, but qualitatively different, it is wider and deeper. Moreover, NC is only an early form of the new system, rather, even its initial accumulation. This is exactly what Apple is doing: we are witnessing the process of primitive accumulation for the new system, but not capital accumulation, but intangible assets in general. And this happens, in general, more or less imperceptibly for the bulk of people, in contrast to the enclosures of the 16th century, when people were openly driven off the land. Today, people are being driven away from their self, which provided them with freedom of expression, and this is happening in secret from the vast majority.

"We have already begun a conversation about who appears when two free individualists unite in a mutually beneficial union and give birth to a child. Through them, a child of a flat world, a world without hierarchy and without a top, a child of mycelium is born. From parents who have been consuming each other all their lives and social benefits, or the solution of purely domestic/work/social tasks - children appear who grow up into ideal members of the global rhizome, who can be controlled simply by creating point oscillations of the network. They will sway along with the movements of the web of atomized individualists and will themselves look for how they can fulfill themselves in this network and come in handy. And if they don’t find it, they will be prompted.

We all need to understand that in structures like "Apple" there is a mutual dissolution of power and property. Control over the behavior of people is used for profit, but this control itself is no longer property, but, in fact, pure power. There is a dissolution of property in power (ownership of power), characteristic of pre-capitalist societies, but at a fundamentally different production and technical level than not only in pre-industrial, but also in industrial society.

With their schemes, global digitizers program both public consciousness and scientific research, which should prove their correctness, the inevitability of their world. The ideology of inevitability, inevitability (inevitabilism) Zuboff considers one of the mental, cognitive tools of digitalizers, designed to convince everyone that there are no alternative futures. The free will of people, even an individual person, is what destroys their world, which they interpret as an autonomous superhuman reality that supposedly will control a person. "Allegedly" - because the Matrix itself will still be controlled by people using it as a screen, just as the Egyptian, Babylonian and other priests used the gods, whose will they allegedly only interpreted and reported.

In the dystopian TV series of our time, the main programming is not the very description of a dark future: with a zombie apocalypse, mutagenic viruses, an invasion of aliens or the dominance of robots. All this is just a reflection of the current reality of the filmmakers themselves, just one iteration later - and there is a certain honesty of the authors in this, predicting an inevitable dystopian outcome while maintaining the current vector. The main suggestion formed and promoted there is the moment that the opponents of this vector, warning about the dangers of uncontrolled progress, predicting a tragic outcome and offering to slow down the movement towards it, are perceived and presented to the viewer as absolute marginals, absolute evil. Moreover, zombies are already looming on the horizon (!). That is, there is an amazing rigging: people,

If we ignore this affect, this hypnosis imposed on us by a dynamically developing catastrophic plot, then we will notice that it is precisely these figures, these prophets, that are the most interesting in the entire plot, it is they who - thoroughly demonized - deserve the most attention." - A.G. Dugin

Historians know that utopias were not only a fact of literary life, but also a weapon in the psychohistorical struggle. They performed a psycho- and socio-engineering function, setting the type and "corridor" of forecasting, determining the direction of social (geohistorical) design and development activities. One of the tasks of utopias and, to an equal degree, dystopias was not only to depict a desirable, and always in the interests of a certain group, ideal image of the future for it, but also to present it as inevitable.

I agree with those who believe that many of the current schemes of digitizers and ultra-globalists (the same Schwab) are utopias (for most of humanity - dystopias), designed to convince everyone of the inevitability of their transhumanist new normal world, of the senselessness and futility of resisting it, then is to suppress the will of people to resist their "brave new world". That is why a critical analysis of these utopian works, a tough and uncompromising opposition to them is an extremely necessary new form of ideological, social, civilizational and, if you like, socio-biological species struggle.
