I am not totally sure if that is an offensive word. I have look it up on WR but didn't found it.
Doesn't it has a negative sense?
Does it mean a playboy or Casanova? One who likes flirting, etc?

I think it could be offensive, like manwhore. A playboy, Casanova or one who likes to flirt follow some criterion as far as who they like and want to bed. A slut will go for anything.
"man slut" is usually used to insult an extremely promiscuous gay man or heterosexual man who plays dangerously by dating women who know each other, it's a little more offensive than man whore.
Slut is used to describe/label a woman; OED "A woman of a low or loose character; a bold or impudent girl; a hussy, jade." So man-slut is at best an odd phrase (I have never heard it before). In a social sense it doesn't make sense because, traditionally, the sort of things that were seen as making a woman a slut were not things seen as particularly bad in a man. Use of the word 'slut' implies that the user is in some sense socially conservative (in accepting the definition of what a slut entails, of loose character, i.e., being sexually promiscuous, bold, impudent) but at the same time somewhat socially progressive (in the odd sense of being equally puritanical in regards to both men and women).
I would take the word man-slut to at least imply that the man in question was gay (as slut does normally describe a woman and to ascribe womanly characteristics to a man is commonly seen as implying he is gay). Oddly the traditional insult that fits this would be whoremonger (though it doesn't refer to a pimp, which the construction would suggest).

No, "man-slut" is not reserved for homosexual men. It refers to a man who will sleep with any one (either male or female, depending on the man's proclivities). It is an attempt, I suppose, to condemn promiscuity in men as it is commonly condemned in women, trying to break down the "double standard."
