Every year, when Pornhub releases their list of most popular search terms, they also include some of the most popular porn stars people search for. While the top spots are always historically women, (in 2016, the top 25 spots were women, and in 2017, the top 32 spots were held by women), male porn stars deserve recognition too! For your pleasure, a safe-for-work guide to the most popular male pornstars.
A newcomer to the list, this year’s top spot goes to Jordi El Nino Polla, a 23 year old hailing from Spain. He was voted Best Male Newcomer at the 2016 AVN awards, and is now an exclusive performer for Brazzers and Reality Kings. He’s also Youtube famous, with 2.4 million subscribers .
Previously 2016’s top male performer, Mandingo is still one of the most popular performers out there. Yes, he looks more, well, sweet and cuddly than his title would suggest, but that's because you haven't seen him perform. Born as Frederick Lamont (The owner of the above Instagram account, is his manage, Fred Nice) Mandingo chose his name from the 1957 novel and later film of the same name, according to his Pornhub bio (NSFW). His penis is purported to be 12 inches long .
With his signature bald head, Johnny Sins looks like a sexy Mr. Clean. According to his IMDb, Sins has been working in adult since 2006. Sins also has two pitbulls he frequently Instagrams, and recently made headlines when he posted a viral vlog trying out Turkish snacks on his YouTube. When we think of porn stars, most of us automatically think of women, since that’s basically the only thing we pay attention to, if I’m being honest.
But have you ever wondered what the life of a male porn star is like? What’s it like to be someone who has sex with a bunch of different women on camera for a living?
One of the most successful male porn stars in the world, Kieran Lee, says that even though he loves his job and makes a shit ton of money, his sex life with his wife, who is retired porn star Kirsten Price, isn’t everything you’d expect it to be, and he’s actually complete shit in bed. Apparently, after a long day at work, Lee’s penis, which is a massive 9.5 inches and insured for a whopping $1 million, doesn’t always cooperate since it’ always so busy pleasing other women all day, so he has trouble performing when it actually matters.
“At home with my wife I have to apologize, I am pathetic in bed. I’m like a two-minute wonder,” he told The Sun. Aww. What a pity.

Lee explains that he got into porn when his friend took a picture of him on vacation and posted it online. “The next thing I know, I was getting emails from people saying, ‘I want you to come and have sex with my wife.
“Then a couple from Loughborough asked if I would be interested in making a film. I was about 19 at the time and I was full of hormones, so I thought, ‘I’m going to have sex with a beautiful woman and get paid.’”
“I was working on the railways at the time, and I didn’t really like my job, so I thought, why not?”
Anyway, while Lee isn’t very impressive in bed with his wife, he says his record for keeping it up before busting that coveted nut on camera is 58 minutes, which is actually really impressive.
“I usually go from start to finish without a break, which is unusual for porn actors. But I was disappointed when I only [lasted] 58 minutes — I was working with four girls and aiming for a full hour.”
And here’s some porn star-approved advice to last longer in the sack : “If I am working with a girl, I start doing multiplication and long division in my head to keep an erection.”
While multiplication and long division are both soul-sucking enough to cool you off a little bit, here are some other boner-killers to think about to last juuust a little longer: clowns, how hot dogs are made, or your most crushing failures in life. On a different note, Lee believes that people who go on Tinder dates and have sloppy, disappointing Tinder sex are more at risk for HIV and STDs than porn stars are, since they get tested every 2 weeks, and everyone else gets tested…once a year. Or once every two years. In other words, not often enough.
He says: “Our tests are very, very advanced. If I was single, I wouldn’t have sex with someone from a bar — that would be more of a risk.”
