Avid social media users might have noticed that the word 'McChicken' is trending all over the place today.
You can't go on Twitter or Facebook without being reminded of the delicious McDonald's sandwich and wanting a bite of that crispy chicken, lettuce and mayo all lovingly presented in a delicious, soft bun.
Well, you might not be so hungry when you find out the reason it's being talked about... and you definitely shouldn't Google it if you want to keep your lunch down.
See, it turns out that a video of a man having sex a McChicken Sandwich was posted online - and has obviously gone viral because nobody can quite believe it.
Why would someone do such a thing? You'd have to ask the man himself, because we really have no idea.
It has caused no end of confusion, disgust and amusement online though
Actor and director Seth Rogen shared his thoughts on the incident, saying he hopes his new movie Sausage Party has in no way inspired it.
Don't worry, Seth. We think you're blameless in all of this.
Vlogger Sky Williams posted a hilarious reaction to the video on his Twitter and YouTube accounts , which has since racked up an impressive 10,000 retweets and 18,000 'likes'.

One thing's for sure, you're probably safe on Twitter which has been filled up with reaction to the disgusting act, but whatever you do DON'T Google it or you might just stumble across a video you don't want to see.

A graphic video of a man engaging in a sexual act with a McDonald’s McChicken sandwich has gone viral.
The #McChicken hashtag was trending on Sunday evening and into Monday for what many people reportedly thought was for promotional reasons. However, those who clicked on the related links did not find a promotion or coupon. Instead, they were faced with a video containing explicit content, Snopes.com first reported.
But people’s responses to the video is what propelled it to a top trending topic on both Facebook and Twitter , Business Insider reports. The McChicken video had thousands of responses on social media, with most people expressing disgust. Celebrities like Seth Rogan and Chrissy Teigen even had something to say about the #McChicken fiasco.

According to Business Insider, the viral #McChicken hashtag is another example of how social media platforms’ algorithms that track and promote trending news can have serious effects on a brand—whether that be positive or negative.
Although not grotesque, the viral nature of the McChicken video is similar to when Starbucks released plain red cups in light of the holiday season last winter. Many customers were irked by this, saying that the coffee chain was dismissing Christmas as a Christian holiday via the unadorned cups.
The issue was further perpetuated after an Arizona-based evangelist posted a video of himself to Facebook ordering a drink and telling the Starbucks barista his name was “Merry Christmas,” which was then scribbled on the cup. The video was watched about 12 million times and shared by nearly 500,000 people.
But regardless of the red-cup controversies, Starbucks reported one of its most successful holiday seasons eve r—meaning McDonald’s (MCD) may see similar success despite the explicit content of the video.
Fortune has reached out to McDonald’s for comment and will update the story if it responds.

That’s because the McDonald’s fare was only trending due to a viral video that was posted showing a man having SEX with one of the sandwiches.
