The Malibu Coastal Surf Collective received an inquiry from a surfer in Vancouver, British Columbia, who read the first annual report online and asked if there was a similar documented surf community in British Columbia. "The annual report produced an inquiry from Vancouver," confirmed president Pete Torres. "The dawn patrol annual reports took three years to produce Portland. We took one week to produce Vancouver."
