Eurostars Magnificent Mile is located in the heart of Chicago, in the prestigious River North neighborhood, surrounded by the shops, bars and restaurants of the iconic Magnificent Mile. The hotel features an industrial-chic style with exposed concrete ceilings and avant-garde elements which contrast with the wooden floors and soft tones of all the rooms, creating a cozy atmosphere. Moreover, there is a wellness area offering a wide variety of beauty and massage treatments, as well as a sauna. Guests can also enjoy dinner at the Portsmith restaurant, which serves fish and seafood, or end the day while tasting a cocktail on the Apogee terrace

The pictures look much more classy than the hotel is. The hallway smelled terrible, like tobacco smoke that had been there for years, and there were stains on the bed. The front desk was nice, and the location is great. But, I likely would not stay again because it was slightly run down.

According the their website, the Dana hotel is not open, but several rooms are full of people every night with gangs of them hanging out on the balconies blaring rap music, smoking weed & yelling to people on the streets. A class act, for sure. We live across the street & have to listen to the yelling & rap every day. If the hotel is closed what the hell is going on?
Room Tip: Choose another hotel unless you really like loud people and rap music.

We stayed at Eurostar’s magnificent mile for 4 nights in March 2020 at the start of our Route 66 adventure. This boutique hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to all the main attractions in Chicago, restaurants and subway. Check in is 3pm and check out is 12pm. Check in itself was quick and painless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant, a trendy bar, spa, gym and rooftop terrace but we didn’t visit those so unable to comment further. The rooms themselves (ours was a king deluxe) are spotlessly clean, with a king sized bed, mini bar, air conditioning, safe, iron/ironing board, big LCD TV with cable channels, complimentary toiletries, robes/slippers and a huge rainfall shower. Our bedding was changed daily as were the towels (even though we hung them up), so housekeeping was probably a bit over-efficient. There is also complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel which was decent and fast. Distance from O’hare airport is roughly 16 miles and an Uber cost approx $30. Overall; an enjoyable stay and good value for money. 8.5/10.…

Disappointing I love the staff, the valet and hotel receptionists and hip Management especially Baba and TJ along with Veslie. Since I had strokes, I use a wheelchair, if I wasn't kinda still young and in shape I would not been able to leave the hotel for 4 days. I picked and called Eurostars because they had a balcony king bed room with supposedly 24 room service. Turned out the hotel had 2 very difficult and heavy front doors and an additional front door half blocked by a valet block and the other blocked by wind. I had a very angled small balcony that i couldn't roll my wheelchair out on to enjoy. They had an computer pad in my room that allowed me to request amenities, hotel services, internet and ròom service from my room. The first morning I used it to order room service and after an hour of waiting I called. Whe it finally did show up in a paper bag and plastic container, $5 service charge not including gratuity, $30, it was awful and sad. 3 items in my omelet and the cheese did not make it. I was very disappointed. Even though the hotel shares its space with 2 restaurants they dont have a facility of their own and no 24 hour room service. I was freely updated to their version of a bigger ADA room with a king bed. I put in a request through the room pad to housekeeping for a shower chair and never received the chair because they don't have those. I never received a response on the room pad. Delivery of a large box, had to hunt it down and I got the rest of my meals across the street! Half the price and beautiful food at Bijan's! Thank YOU Marilyn!!😇…

Eurostars offers a descent accommodation within downtown Chicago. Within a walking distant to some of the nice restaurants and shops around Magnificent Mile. I hardly used a taxi or bus on the trip. Buffet Breakfast is quite basic - cereal, yoghurt, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits and juices. However I think there is opportunity for you to order more options if the menu. Descent minibar with a wide selection of wines. The gym facility is quite small but felt it was quite adequate for the occasional crowd I encountered. The room was comfy. I will likely visit again but may consider other options for the price. Spent my first 3 nights but did the remainder nights at Hyatt Regency and it made me wondet a bit on the pricing vs value
