Політика конфіденційності

Збір та використання даних

• Ми збираємо інформацію з вашого профілю Telegram (прізвище, ім'я, ім'я користувача, ID, мову інтерфейсу), необхідну для роботи бота.
• Ми зберігаємо інформацію про зміну прізвища, імені, імені користувача (коли це можливо), для відстеження історії профіля.
• В чатах збирається інформація про статус користувачів, час останнього повідомлення, загальна кількість повідомлень.
• Для ігрового балансу чату збережені ігрова валюта та кількість деяких ролей для гри.
• Зберігаються налаштування чату для задоволення потреби унікального досвіду гри.
• Для роботи ігрового функціоналу збережені дані ігрового профілю (бафи, ігрова валюта, префікси), а також статистику (кількість перемог, поразок, перемог в кожній ролі).
• Для відстеження можливих проблем зберігаються усі нарахування на ігровий профіль та зняття ігрових бафів та валюти.
• Під час роботи з API Mono зберігались токени для створення швидких платіжок на фонд монобанку. Ця інформація періодично видаляється.
• Кожна гра зберігає час початку та закінчення, учасників та їхні ролі, кожну дію в кожен період часу.
• Ми також зберігаємо чисельну інформацію про кожен вхідний тип оновлення (натискання на кнопку, нове повідомлення). Самі вхідні оновлення не зберігаються.

Захист та передача даних

• Ваші дані зберігаються на захищених серверах, шифруються і регулярно резервно копіюються.
• Ми не продаємо і не передаємо ваші особисті дані третім сторонам, крім випадків, передбачених законом.
• Необхідні дані для роботи інтеграційних сервісів можуть передаватись третім сторонам з вашої згоди. Інтеграційні сервіси ви використовуєте на свій страх і ризик і ми не несемо відповідальності за їхню діяльність.
• У разі вимоги закону ми можемо передати ваші дані.

Ваші права

• Ви маєте право запросити доступ до своїх даних, виправлення або видалення даних.
• Ви можете відкликати свою згоду на обробку даних у будь-який час.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection and Use

• We collect information from your Telegram profile (surname, first name, username, ID, interface language) necessary for the bot's operation.
• We store information about changes in your surname, first name, username (where possible) to track profile history.
• In chats, we collect information about user statuses, the time of the last message, and the total number of messages.
• For the chat’s in-game balance, we store the in-game currency and the number of some roles used in the game.
• Chat settings are stored to provide a unique gaming experience.
• For the gaming functionality, we store data related to the game profile (buffs, in-game currency, prefixes) and statistics (number of wins, losses, wins in each role).
• To track potential issues, we store all in-game profile credits and debits, as well as the removal of buffs and currency.
• While working with the Mono API, tokens were stored to create quick payments to the Monobank fund. This information is periodically deleted.
• Each game stores the start and end time, participants, their roles, and every action taken during each period.
• We also store numerical data about each incoming update type (button press, new message). The incoming updates themselves are not stored.

Data Protection and Transfer

• Your data is stored on secure servers, encrypted, and regularly backed up.
• We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
• Necessary data for the operation of integration services may be transferred to third parties with your consent. You use these integration services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for their activities.
• If required by law, we may transfer your data.

Your Rights

• You have the right to request access to your data, correction, or deletion of your data.
• You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

Data Retention

• We retain your data for the correct operation of the bot. Game data and settings may be stored for up to two years.
