Madonna is opening up about her life, career — and penchant for sex.
In a Q&A video uploaded to her YouTube channel on Tuesday titled "Finally Enough Talk: 50 Questions with Madonna," released to accompany her new remix compilation Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones , the Queen of Pop was interviewed by a digital voice about everything from music to marriage.
Throughout the nearly seven-minute clip, the 64-year-old decades-long hitmaker provided the same, single-word answer for her greatest guilty pleasure, astrological sign, current favorite obsession, secret to success, life mantra and the act that keeps her going: "Sex."
Similarly, Madge also revealed her favorite thing to make: "Wait for it... love."
The "Express Yourself" icon's love for sexuality also inspired her response to the question, "If you could only wear one thing for the rest of your life, what would that be?"
"My 24-karat gold vibrator necklace," she replied.
Her favorite snack? "I can't remember his name. Oh, no! Big d---. I don't ask that much," she cheekily noted.
Asked about a life decision that "wasn't the best idea," Madonna assuredly said, "Getting married. Both times!"
The superstar was previously married to Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989 and Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008. One year after her second marriage ended, Madonna appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and said, "I think I'd rather get run over by a train [then get married again]."
While Madonna's remained friends with Penn, 62, she said her marriage to Ritchie, 53, left her feeling imprisoned in a 2015 interview with The Sun . "There were times I felt incarcerated. I wasn't really allowed to be myself," the performer told the outlet at the time. "You've got to find someone who accepts who you are and is comfortable with that."
Speaking to Details magazine in 2011, Ritchie called their marriage "a soap opera" but said, "It's definitely not something I regret... The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids [Rocco Ritchie, 22, and David Banda, 16] and that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take."
Elsewhere in the Q&A video, Madonna said her two favorite remixes on Finally Enough Love are "Ray of Light" and "Die Another Day," named Kendrick Lamar as her dream collaborator as well as Debbie Harry and David Bowie as her early musical inspirations.
She also teased an upcoming new album, return to the house music genre and a potential 2023 tour in support of her record-breaking 50 number one singles on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart .
Asked about the idea of getting back in the studio with Britney Spears , her friend and "Me Against the Music" collaborator, Madge excitedly said, "I'm gagging to work with Britney again." (In the clip's closing blooper reel, she also shouted, "It's Britney, bitch!")
Sharing her opinions and experiences throughout her extensive music career, Madonna said the hardest music video she's worked on was "Die Another Day," while her favorite clip is "Take a Bow."
She named "Killers Who Are Partying" as her favorite Madame X track, said "Like a Prayer" is her favorite song to perform live and revealed Rebel Heart was the most stressful album she's ever created. "Too many guest appearances," she detailed of the 2015 album, which featured Nicki Minaj , Chance the Rapper, Mike Tyson and Nas.
Madonna also offered up some wisdom, including her life motto — "Don't f--- with the queen" — and how she finds inspiration after four-plus decades in the music industry.
"There's no end to the inspiration," she explained. "If you're a curious person, and you're paying attention to life, you will never stop being inspired."

THIS year marks three decades since Madonna’s outrageous Truth Or Dare documentary, in which she pretended to perform a sex act with a bottle and talked openly about her wild bedroom antics
But fast-forward to 2021 and the now 63-year-old American superstar is every bit as shocking as she was in that X-rated film in 1991, also known as In Bed With Madonna.
Her latest shock doc, Madame X, debuted on MTV last night and will again leave fans gobsmacked — as she admits she likes men to “f*** me then get out” and brags she is “known” for self-pleasuring on stage.
Madonna first pretended to do just that, on a bed during her 1990 Blond Ambition tour, and it almost led to her being arrested during a show in Toronto, Canada.
But while chatting to US comedian Dave Chappelle during her new special, she said: “I always masturbate, I’m known for it. You’re known for smoking on stage, I’m known for masturbating on stage.”
In fact, Madonna — now dating her 27-year-old backing dancer Ahlamalik Williams — reckons she is just getting started when it comes to her ever-scandalous life.
At another point during the TV show, she tells the crowd: “I love my grandma. She lived to 100, God bless her. I’m going to live to 200, bitches — just you watch.”
The two-hour special was shot during Madonna’s Madame X world tour, which ran from September 2019 to March last year in intimate venues where she banned fans from using mobile phones.
It was hampered by hip and knee injuries she was battling but that did not stop her letting rip on stage.
In fast and loose comments to the crowd which are featured in the film, she discusses her genitals and insults audience members who had forked out thousands to get into the theatre shows.
At one point she auctioned off a Polaroid photo she had just taken of herself on stage and pushed it between her legs to “develop”.
She said: “I see some children in the audience and don’t want to offend anyone but, you know what, this is my p***y. Let me just stick it in the oven and see if it develops faster. ‘I love to irritate people – they hate my eyepatch’ “This is a weird way to masturbate, I don’t usually do it like this.”
With fans unable to take photos inside the venue, auctioning snaps was a canny way to raise money for charity. One punter in Lisbon was seen paying her £8,500 for a photo.
But when another customer who had paid for one of the Polaroids asked Madonna to sign it, she spat back: “Will I sign it? No. F*** off. I gave you the picture, that’s enough.”
She wears a dazzling array of Portuguese-inspired outfits in the show, having written much of her 2019 album Madame X while living in capital city Lisbon.
But she is still the same Madonna who loves to wind people up and court controversy when it comes to anything and everything outside her music.
The character she created for her album wears an eyepatch but she gets sick of it at one point during the film.
She rants: “It’s very hard to hear with one eye, I don’t know why. In fact, tonight this patch is really getting on my fing nerves. Don’t cheer when I take it off. It’s so irritating.”
“I love to irritate people. You know people hate my grills so I wear them. They hate my eyepatch, so I wear it. You hate that? I hate you. F**k you.”
Throughout her show, Vogue singer Madonna — the best-selling female musician of all time — boasts about how artists should “disturb the peace”.
And she did just that while promoting her film during a US telly appearance in the early hours of yesterday.
Madonna — who in recent months has shared a series of risque shots of herself on Instagram — lay on top of host Jimmy Fallon’s desk and flashed her bum on screen. Then she said she likes taking drugs at home — but only smokes to look cool in pictures.
She explained: “I smoke for photoshoots, I don’t like it. I like opiates.”
During the appearance she was also quizzed on the films she has turned down during her career, including Showgirls and Catwoman.
‘No appreciation for women, no respect’
She said: “I saw them both and I regret that I turned down Catwoman — that was fierce. But Showgirls, no.
“I turned down a role in The Matrix, too. I wanted to kill myself — that is one of the best films in the world.”
Madonna has also spent time during the past year working on a tell-all film about her life — but revealed it is only going ahead because other filmmakers had threatened to make one without her involvement.
She said: “The reason I am doing it is that people have tried to write movies about me but they are always men.
“Universal sent me a script because they wanted my blessing and it was the most superficial crap I had ever read.
“And then I found out that — I’m not even going to say his name — a total misogynist was directing it.
She added: “I’m thinking, ‘Why would these people make a movie about my life?’
“There is nothing true in the script, the guy who is making it has no understanding of women, no appreciation for women, no respect for women.
“This happened a couple of times and I had to call up the heads of studios and my agents and I said I would stand in front of the building and protest and make everybody’s life a misery if they go through with it.
“And they still did not take me seriously — so I threw down the gauntlet.
“I said there is nobody on this planet that can write, direct and make a movie about me better than me, and that is the truth.”
If her latest film is a taste of what’s to come, then Madonna will continue to divide audiences and shamelessly be herself for many more years.
