During payment before picking up the keys it was suggested to pay an extra 50 euros for cleaning which was not included in the offer on booking. I refused to pay it and I didnt have to do it, nevertheless if I didnt argue about I would have to pay for it. We got a garage place but the lock to the gate was broken we couldnt lock it with privided key so we preferred to keep skis inside the car. Funny thing about it was that every time we came back to a garrage the gate was locked, probably by the hotel stuff.
