機械学習エンジニアとして、事業の収益性やリスクに直結する与信・不正検知モデルの設計から本番運用まで、MLのライフサイクルを一気通貫で経験できます。PoCで終わらせず、毎秒膨大な数の決済が行われる本番環境において、モデルを安定稼働させる技術の追求が可能です。決済データという企業活動の実態を高頻度かつ継続的に捉えられるデータを扱い、MLOpsや基盤設計にも関与しながら、大きな裁量を持ってMLが継続的に価値を生み出す仕組み作りに携われます。

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will experience the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from design to production operation, in domains directly linked to business profitability and risk, such as credit scoring and fraud detection. Rather than ending at the PoC stage, you will pursue the technology necessary to ensure models run stably in a production environment where massive volumes of transactions occur every second. You will handle high-frequency, continuous payment data that captures the reality of corporate activities, and with significant autonomy in technology selection and model design, you will contribute to building systems where ML continuously generates business value.

■ Minimum Requirements
- Experience implementing machine learning models using Python (e.g., scikit-learn, LightGBM).
- Practical experience spanning EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience formulating business challenges into machine learning problems.
- Infrastructure building experience using container technologies and cloud environments.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deploying/operating models in production environments.
- Practical experience in Agentic Coding using Generative AI tools.
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Data science experience in the fields of credit or fraud prevention.
- Work experience at financial institutions or Fintech companies.
- Project or team lead experience.
- Knowledge and operational experience with Generative AI such as LLMs.
