My name is Janina Lowisz, I have joined Cashaa in July 2016, I am Co-Founder and VP Corporate Services. I will assist you with company opening, licenses, and of course, getting banked with us.
I am very passionate about the crypto space in general and have overall been involved in this space since 2013, and it has been a very exciting journey 😊

Cashaa is the largest crypto-friendly neo-bank based in the UK, providing services to more than 1400+ businesses from the crypto industry. Our partners include Paysafe Group and many others, including financial institutions and trusts regulated by the FCA, Central Bank of Lithuania, and Colorado Division of Banking.

3. Card processing, powered by Paysafe
4. Visa Card issuance (for Business)

Molly: Q1. .If you summarize Cashaa project in one word, what would it be? What are the core features that creates the value of CAS. Can you share some highlights from them?
Janina：
One-word summary, I would say, 'Neobank', as we can give you all the features of a traditional bank, but without excluding anyone based on the industry they're in. Since our launch in July 2019, we until now have become the largest crypto-friendly banking service provider. With a huge and growing demand, as well as with more and more products being launched, CAS demand is constantly growing as it is required for every customer.
Molly：Q2.What is the ecosystem of Cashaa? What is the role of CAS in the ecosystem?
Janina：
Cashaa ecosystem includes UK current account, Euro IBAN account, Card processing powered by Paysafe, Visa Card issuance, and liquidity for BTC, ETH, CAS, and USDT in INR, Euro, and GBP. We also offer a secure and compliant multi-sig wallet with ongoing transaction monitoring, making sure our users stay compliant.
CAS has multiple roles in our ecosystem, including as a fee to activate banking (Business accounts), to get the required account limit (Business accounts), to get discount in crypto exchange fees, get discount in transaction fees, to get a huge discount on international transfer fees and FX Banking (Personal accounts, coming in October 2020), and for staking to activate personal banking accounts (coming in September 2020).
Molly：Q3. Does CAS have plans for buyback and lock-up, and community tasks/activities to raise awareness and bring mass adoption?
Janina：
We have locked up our token for 3 years with an annual vesting period that was belonging to the company, team and advisors, and community fund.50 Million (5% of total supply) CAS tokens were dedicated to the community, which we are using for regular community activities and to reward great contributions.There are many upcoming initiatives for mass adoption for the awareness of Cashaa among billions of people, one of them which is already announced is Crypto Bulls Roadshow in India, in partnership with the government, to establish us as one of the successful crypto banks in India. Molly：Q4.As a banking service, what are the problems does Cashaa plans to solve in the banking today?
Janina：
Crypto-related businesses are underserved by existing banks. Our goal is to create a hassle-free experience for the entire crypto industry including exchanges, wallets, traders, and holders who are harassed regularly by existing banks, and charged huge fees.Thanks to our focus on compliance and AML, and our comprehensive tools with which we were able to make crypto transactions compliant with regular banking, we got a huge advantage due to which we got partnerships with banks and other regulated companies. We are just starting with the underbanked crypto industry but our aim is to become the largest banking platform in the world with Bitcoin and CAScoin.
Molly：Q5.Does Cashaa also support Staking? If so, How users can stake their CAS tokens? What's the current estimated staking reward of staking CAS?
Janina：
We have a staking program of 100,000 CAS to allow personal users to get access to crypto-friendly international banking.Opening of personal accounts will start in July 2020. Only 21,000 Personal premium accounts with Visa card will be issued in 2020 to give our international banking advantages only to the early adopters.

Q1.Cashaa was born after Ripple, Stellar. Compared to Ripple and Stellar, what are advantages and dis advantages of Cashaa? What is the outstanding difference of Cashaa to attract users?Can Cashaa help businesses to setup a company if yes, in which jurisdictions do we provide company formation services? What is the discount a business can get on exchange fee if using CAS??@Bobbyfernandito
Janina：
Ripple and Stellar are not competitors of Cashaa. We provide banking services to any crypto business, so companies using Ripple or Stellar, or any other network, can become our customer.Any business using cryptocurrency, or building on any blockchain, still needs to get banked, so we are useful for all these business, solving one of their biggest issues.
Q2.if some people all over the world want to work or to invest in this project can you tell us the advancement of this project among others.@chauhan20
Janina：
We have so far a range of services such as our EUR and GBP accounts that have a growing demand, and have over 1,400 businesses signed up already, all requiring CAS to get banked with us. We have multiple upcoming milestones such as personal banking, that will further increase CAS demand, as our business grows. Q3.About partnerships, could you tell us which ones are active and what are the advantages going to be from those and Any big Partnership?@Shaa93
Janina：
We have different types of partnerships that helped us get where we are - there are multiple partnerships with regulated entities, regulated by FCA, Central bank of Lithuania and Colorado Division of Banking, that enabled us to launch our business accounts.
We also have partnership programmes for businesses to partner with us and bank their client network with us - such as lawyers, accountants, accelerators and similar. Anyone with a business network can join and get rewarded for referring users to us.
Q4.Will it be possible for cas to build its own exchange platform in the future? @LoveLessYou
Janina：
We actually do have an exchange function already, anyone who signs up, business or personal, gets a wallet with exchange function, and can buy and sell crypto with fiat. This offer was especially attractive in India, where we last year were the first to enable that, and now have many exchanges as our customer who buy crypto from us.
Q5.What is thr CASHAA strongest foundations for continuing this project? The crypto market has been very volatile lately.How cashaa team handle these issue@suraj6544
Janina：
Crypto volatility is not affecting us as we are focused on banking, which is always needed no matter what the crypto market situation is. We can be seen as an infrastructure part that is needed by everyone in the crypto industry, and any underbanked industry, so we are independent of the crypto price.
