MTRX User Privacy Choices

MTRX

MTRX collects a minimal set of anonymous usage events via AppsFlyer and Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. Your VPN traffic, subscription URL and server list are never shared. This page covers the choices you have over data collection.

What is collected

App opens, VPN connect/disconnect, server selections, subscription imports, button taps. Each event carries a per-install identifier (IDFA on iOS if you allowed tracking; otherwise just IDFV / Firebase app instance id), app version, OS version, device model, and the country derived from the request IP.

What is NOT collected

Subscription URL, contents of your traffic, the specific servers in your subscription, your VPN provider, your real IP (only the country derived from it), or any account information.

Opt out of tracking

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle MTRX off. macOS: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. After you turn it off, the AppsFlyer attribution probe is skipped on the next app launch.

Reset / clear all stored data

Delete the app from your device. iOS automatically removes everything the app saved (Keychain entries, preferences, on-disk logs).

Request deletion of personal data

We don't run servers — there is no account to delete. If you contact us asking to delete the analytics events tied to your install, we'll forward the request to AppsFlyer / Google so they delete records keyed by your install identifier.
