Artful Dodger (duo)Artful Dodger were a UK garage duo initially featuring songwriters and producers Mark Hill and Pete Devereux. They achieved success in the 1990s and early 2000s, releasing seven consecutive singles all of which charted in the United Kingdom top 20. What began as a handle for the release of underground bootleg recordings became a musical project creating original material for mainstream release and culminated in the release of It's All About the Stragglers, after the duo went on to work with an array of up-and-coming vocalists. In 2001, Hill and Devereux parted ways due to creative differences and the trademark, name and usage rights of 'Artful Dodger' were purchased by Blessed Records. Having reunited in 2017, Hill and Devereux found themselves unable to release new music or perform under their own name. Hill and Devereux won numerous accolades, including the 2000 UK Producers of the Year and Ivor Novello recognition for their songwriting.
Romina JohnsonRomina Johnson (born 28 November 1973) is a London-based R&B, soul and garage singer. She is perhaps best known in the UK for providing the lead vocals to the Artful Dodger song "Movin' Too Fast", a number 2 hit in early 2000.

Movin' Too Fast"Movin' Too Fast" is a song by UK garage duo Artful Dodger, released on 26 July 1999. The song features Romina Johnson and was included on the duo's debut studio album, It's All About the Stragglers (2000). "Movin' Too Fast" was originally recorded by Johnson as a solo artist and appears on her 1998 debut album, Simply Passion, produced by Rolando Bacci Hardage, Marco Petriaggi and Alessandro Barocchi. The Artful Dodger remix version of the track was first distributed as a white label vinyl release. After it was picked up by DJs, it was licensed to Locked On for mainstream distribution. "Movin' Too Fast" did not chart following its original release, although it did reach No. 49 on the Independent Chart. But after the success of "Re-Rewind", it was re-issued in February 2000 and reached No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart. The song has gone platinum in the United Kingdom for sales and streams exceeding 600,000. Outside the UK, the single reached the top 40 in Ireland and Norway as well as on the Canadian RPM Top 30 Dance chart. Capital Xtra included the song in their list of "The Best Old-School Garage Anthems of All Time".

The album serves as a sequel to Migos' previous album, Culture. Culture II was supported by four singles: "MotorSport", "Stir Fry", "Walk It Talk It" and "Narcos", as well as the promotional single "Supastars". The album received generally positive reviews from critics and debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200. It is Migos' second US number-one album.
